“No confirmation when order placed, never received goods, order ref then not recognised for tracking, had to chase you, when received parcel had been ripped open and contents removed, you wouldn’t refund me, had to await resending and correspondence with you was painfully slow.”

“sizes run big. i’ve tried to get in contact with customer service multiple times. a woman told me she would send me a return stamp so i could save money on my return then has ignored me since. won’t be purchasing from this place again. expensive and horrible customer service”

We have been in communication with yourself and have offered a cheaper solution for the shipping back to us and we are awaiting your response to the email we sent to you on Tuesday.
