“They have been perfect, I've been getting my milk delivered for maybe 5ish month now. I've had no issues what so ever, when I've contacted them to change the payment date or tell them I'm not going to be home, the customer service has always been great. They're so nice.”

“Awful company. Not even deserving of one star. Had milkshakes delivered to my door that I did not order. Phoned McQueens to try and return them. I was told they are not able to collect milk that has been delivered but I could either keep it or throw it out. I told them we did not like their milkshakes so we wouldn't drink them. They told me to throw them out and I would not be charged. They still took the money from my bank. I called to tell them I had been charged and that I was told I would not be charged and they tried to gaslight me and told me their employee did not say I wouldn't be charged. Absolute lies from a morally bankrupt company. They don't care about farmers, they only care about scamming customers. Please do not give this company your bank details!”

“I buy the oat milk from this company and the one they deliver is the fresh version in the carton not the long life. Twice an week it is delivered at a ridiculous time in the middle of the night to sit in the doorstep . I doubt it is even refrigerated on its journey to me, why we’ll because despite having got up to bring it in immediately after delivery the cat one is bulging. This means that the oat milk has got warm and started to ferment. I have had to throw every carton away over the last few months when the weather has been warmer and at over £2 a carton it’s not cheap! I have complained via email to no avail. Cancelled for holidays , had it ignored . Had enough now I just can’t afford to throw my money down the sink twice a week and then have to go out to buy it anyway. They don’t listen, they don’t stop when meant to and yet just continue to take your money. Support someone local , this company just don’t care about their customers.”

“I was previously with Speirs Dairy and this company took over. I wasn't informed this had happened either by Speirs or McQueens until I received a text asking me to set up a direct debit to McQueens. I then investigated and found out Speirs has retired which is a shame because I could not fault them. I've heard bad things about McQueens so phoned to cancel (as this is the only way) and was lectured for 13 minutes on why I shouldn't cancel. I asked to cancel about 5 times during that phone call before they finally did. I asked them to send me my customer number so I could make a £3 payment to them online (I don't hand out my bank details to people I'm not familiar with over the phone). I was told I'd be texted it within 5 to 10 minutes of the phone call ending. I never received it so I guess they don't want their £3 (although my contract was with Speirs not McQueens - if i had known in advance of the delivery i would have requested an immediate cancellation). To be honest, the milk I received this morning was room temp and the eggs were a standard far lower than what I received previously from Speirs. The phone call with McQueens has pretty much guaranteed that I will never decide to sign up to them. If you want your £3 you better send me my customer number because there is no way I am phoning you back after that experience.”

“Who wants milk delivered at 1am for it to sit on the doorstep til 8am when you get up? Also the van drivers speed consistently through this cul de sac and it is ridiculous”

“Milk tastes good as you would expect. However the milkmen/delivery men I found pretty useless. Dropped off milk to early so it say out most of the night. On a few occasions it was left it in the flower bed for some unknown reason. Finally decided to cancel when in the middle of a heatwave I left the milk man a bucket full of ice in order to keep it fresh. The milkman with all his wisdom decided it would be best to leave the milk just next to the bucket! Can't recommend anyone use these guys.”

“If I could leave zero stars I would! The attitude of the staff on the cancellation team acting like I'm trying to cancel car finance. Was offered a Trial period and out of pressure at my front door I caved. The first Milk was delivered and straight away I phoned and tried to cancel the future delivery. This consisted of 3 different call handlers battering me for reasons why I'm cancelling. I hate to think if an older person or vulnerable people are trying to cancel they will be taken advantage of. Threatened action over £2.40 ??? Genuine over the phone bullying and guilt tactics. Do not use this product! The milk Is still on my doorstepbi refuse to drink it.”

“I have been a customer for over a year now and I cannot fault the service or the milk. I get my order every week and never had any issues. Milk is always fresh and orange juice is amazing. Anytime I have had to contact the customer support line staff have been very helpful and polite and couldn't do enough to help me. Sorry I don't have a picture to upload as as soon as its delivered kids have it opened and drank 😂.”

“Seen people snooping around the front of my house acting suspicious at half past midnight. Came out with my baseball bat and it was their milk men quickly rushing off at speed in their van.”

“Appalling service. Within a month of starting my order I had complained three times that the milk was getting delivered to the wrong place, additionally I submitted a holiday through their website which was just completely ignored. On the second call I was issued with a refund and a complaint was raised and I agreed to give them another chance. By the third call though I decided that enough was enough and cancelled my order. They tried desperately to keep me and were very polite and apologetic until they realised that they weren’t getting anywhere with me. It was then a quick “right I’ve cancelled your order” and hung up. Appalling service and would not recommend to anyone. In the future I’d much rather go with a local milkman.”

“Where to begin. Sadly can’t find anything positive to say about this company. Milk is sour after a day, I doubt it’s even fresh when it comes off the delivery van. Customer service is absolutely appalling, anytime you phone they simply do not want to know. It was hit and miss if the milk even turned up at all. Avoid at all costs. If you want glass bottle milk it’s available at local shop in Edinburgh.”

“I worked for these idiots, they tell you to tell the customers that the milk is locally sauced, it's not it's from Glasgow, it's a ploy to make you feel guilty to help the local farmers, it goes straights into the McQueen's clans dirty pockets. I got told to offer the customers free trials to get their details but then they are threatened if they don't pay for the free trial, the McQueen's are crooks”
