Almost 2 weeks ago a friendly salesman came to my door and offered a sample of their milk, he took my phone number and address. Next Monday they have delivered the milk and from then on they called multiple times every day and text every day after asking for my card details. I kept telling them I don't have time during the day as I am working and very busy at work. I was already disappointed as the sample turned out wasn't free, they said they don't do free samples. They kept harassing me until I've made the payment through the online account. That time I was already very upset with how pushy and aggressive they are so I have emailed them on Friday that I just want to cancel with them and asked them to delete my details. Despite the fact I told them I don't want another delivery they have delivered the product this morning. I have already sent them several emails to make them understand I cannot call or receive calls during their working hours and frankly they are advertising themselves on their website as "CANCEL ANYTIME, NO COMMITMENTS" I shouldn't need to call to cancel should I? On top of all this their customer care representative Connor W addressed me with a "Hey" when responded to my email. I have found this very rude. I have not signed any contract/agreement, if I tell them I want to cancel/discontinue they should respect it and delete my account. I do feel it is unethical what they are doing and actually against the The Consumer Rights Act 2015. I am seriously considering to report them to the relevant authorities. I am the same as someone previously said, I never write reviews but want people to know my experience so that they can avoid them in the future.

You are a absolute joke , having sent numerous emails to on firm Your are going to deliver and when it comes to the crunch on the day there’s no doorstep delivery to which you then decide you don’t deliver in the area. You need to sort your systems out I will not be reviewing my orders when and ever you do deliver to my area after this. MILK AND MORE are with 10 of you

Cancelled my deliveries, but they took an extra week's Direct Debit out of my account. When I called to request a refund, was spoken to very rudely by a man in their credit control team, who refused to listen and just kept parroting that I've been charged as per their invoice (their invoice was wrong, so not at all relevant to what I was trying to explain, but if you don't listen you aren't going to understand basic rules of communication...) then he left me on hold when I asked to speak to his manager, most likely he wasn't going to pass me to a manager, so I called back and spoke to someone who know how to speak to customers, in customer service. He then unfortunately passed me on to credit control again (also rude, must be an occupational hazard) who obviously thought I was trying to do them out of £6.93, as he proceeded to state he'd need to do call listening to find out when I'd asked to cancel. I've already told them the dates and that I didn't receive a delivery that they are charging me for, the Customer Service Manager agreed. Really not going to go to all this hassle for £6.93 if I'm not owed it... but maybe that's their intention. If they can keep everyone's extra Direct Debit payment, it could be a nice wee sum for them... I'm still waiting on a call back to confirm whether I'm getting my refund, depends what I said on the phone when I cancelled apparently... The Fawlty Towers of the milk delivery world.

The company has very bad practices. They will offer to sign you up for a free trial at the doorstep, but then charge you in arrears for this. They will then use very aggressive tactics to try and get you to sign up for regular deliveries. I would avoid.

Originally ad no problems until I cancelled. Had a call from the sales dept and agreed to restart but at only half what I had before as I was throwing loads away. The new delivery never happened, so I thought never mind if they don't want to supply so be it. Now I'm been hounded for £4.98 for a supposed delivery which they can't prove I had (I didn't). Not worth the hassle go to local shop.

I had a salesman coming to knock on my door last week, advertising the milk and asking me what kind of milk I drink. I told him that I only drink the wholesale milk. He was like "yea yea they can do that" and ask me to try the free trial, that if I like the milk they could be delivering the milk to me twice a week, he was very pushy and I was like fine, since its a free trial. He collected my address and phone number. To my surprise few days later, I received a text message from them " saying thanks for joining us, you will receive your login details soon etc" then another message following to set up my direct debit. Immediately alarm bell started to ring, I didn't follow any of their instructions. This morning 14/5 I came back from work and I saw that they delivered the milk to my front door. It wasn't what I told the salesman that I drink. I didn't even open it to taste it. Anyway to cut the story short, I receive a call from them this morning while I was sleeping, asking me about the milk, I told them it was not what I was expecting, that I won't be going ahead. The customer service from being nice he became rude, saying that I need to pay for the delivery, that it wasn't free. I told him that the salesman said it was a free trial. He was like no no, that I need to pay, asking me for my bank details. I was like you must be having a laugh. I just came online and I saw the negative reviews. Just imagine how this people must be scamming the elderly/vulnerable people. If I received any letter from them, about taking me to small claim tribunal, I am over ready to go to the tribunal and I will ensure that it goes public and make the news, because this is purely a scam.

Moved to Modern Milkman, much happier with the service they are delivering. McQueens Dairies cannot even deliver milk we'd get it one week and then the next failed... (rinse & repeat) 🤦

Door-to-door salesman offered me a free trial and somehow that led to me being put onto a billed delivery schedule without my consent or payment details. I have asked to cancel multiple times in multiple ways but the customer service are useless and rude - they refuse to cancel unless I give them my payment details! I continue to get milk deliveries, phone calls, emails and letters. Avoid this scam!

Cancelled my order as I could no longer afford it, I had a outstanding balance of £6.57 I forgot to pay this and this company started sending threatening letters saying it will be going to debt recovery, causing me anxiety and stress! Disgusting communication to a long standing customer!

Young man cold calling got a bad attitude when I said I wasn't interested, he said what you don't buy milk then? tutted and shook his head as he walked off, told him not to be rude and he clapped back with how am I being rude. Not a great representation of your company. How many times does one person need to say they are not interested in what they are selling?

Absolutely useless. Have had countless cold callers even though i already get their milk once a week and have a sign on my door stating no cold callers. Tried to phone to cancel , 6th in line so hung up and cancelled my direct debit. Paid outstanding balance which was £2.77 and am still being chased for it. Good luck taking me to a small claims over £2.77 i have proof of payment on my banking app. Avoid this company at all costs !!

Sales person cold called, began asking me my shopping habits and other intrusive questions about my milk preferences, without any introduction, very bad manners. Then pressured into 'trying' a 2 pint, which I agreed, then at end of conversation told I would have to pay £2 even if I don't want to make further orders. As the man couldn't write comperhenable English on my order card, I wasn't confident what I was being delivered or how much I was going to be billed, so I will phone up to complain and cancel the 'trial offer.' Also could not see anything on their website that convinced me that the milk I would have been delivered would have been from local farmers as stated by the sales person. (I can't upload Image of Order card and still submit review on here for some reason) .

I work from home and have a small rescue dog who gets upset when the door gets chapped. I have a sign up to advise no cold callers due to both these factors so to still have a chap at the door from one of your representatives advising me the sign does not apply to them as they are an “essential service” is absolutely rubbish. I did not arrange for a meeting or discussion with the company so there for it “essential service” is cold calling as it was not warranted. Even when I stated that I was busy due to working from home on a work call the response I got was “I understand but how much milk do you go through” seriously? Please if there is a no cold calling sign can you relay to your representatives to not bother us. Thank you.
