“Cancelled my order as I could no longer afford it, I had a outstanding balance of £6.57 I forgot to pay this and this company started sending threatening letters saying it will be going to debt recovery, causing me anxiety and stress! Disgusting communication to a long standing customer!”

“Young man cold calling got a bad attitude when I said I wasn't interested, he said what you don't buy milk then? tutted and shook his head as he walked off, told him not to be rude and he clapped back with how am I being rude. Not a great representation of your company. How many times does one person need to say they are not interested in what they are selling?”

“Bullies. Condescending, not a nice expeiance. Cancel the service, paid off my £3 ballance, told by them to cancel my DD. Now constantly calling me, admitted that it was their mistake but still want me to pay, No thanks”

“Absolutely useless. Have had countless cold callers even though i already get their milk once a week and have a sign on my door stating no cold callers. Tried to phone to cancel , 6th in line so hung up and cancelled my direct debit. Paid outstanding balance which was £2.77 and am still being chased for it. Good luck taking me to a small claims over £2.77 i have proof of payment on my banking app. Avoid this company at all costs !!”

“Sales person cold called, began asking me my shopping habits and other intrusive questions about my milk preferences, without any introduction, very bad manners. Then pressured into 'trying' a 2 pint, which I agreed, then at end of conversation told I would have to pay £2 even if I don't want to make further orders. As the man couldn't write comperhenable English on my order card, I wasn't confident what I was being delivered or how much I was going to be billed, so I will phone up to complain and cancel the 'trial offer.' Also could not see anything on their website that convinced me that the milk I would have been delivered would have been from local farmers as stated by the sales person. (I can't upload Image of Order card and still submit review on here for some reason) .”

“They delivered the wrong order,then after ringing them they said just give it to a food bank which I did,now they are sending emails and texts asking for the money.phone callsx4 time 2 hours plus. Avoid at all costs.wished id never bothered”

“I work from home and have a small rescue dog who gets upset when the door gets chapped. I have a sign up to advise no cold callers due to both these factors so to still have a chap at the door from one of your representatives advising me the sign does not apply to them as they are an “essential service” is absolutely rubbish. I did not arrange for a meeting or discussion with the company so there for it “essential service” is cold calling as it was not warranted. Even when I stated that I was busy due to working from home on a work call the response I got was “I understand but how much milk do you go through” seriously? Please if there is a no cold calling sign can you relay to your representatives to not bother us. Thank you.”

“First they beg you to take them and if you don't like their product, they harass you for money. It was £2.69 in my case. AVOID AT ANY COST!!!”

“Thought I would order this milk to help local farmers but after receiving one carton which was sour then charged for 2 cartons while on a planned holiday & after cancelling I got a bill. Rang up to try & explain but in the end & after reading about unpaid bills affecting my credit score I reluctantly paid. I would not recommend this company.”

“They cold-called in our road which is designated as a no-calling road and then used a hard sell to convince us to take a free trial between 12-18 months ago. The hard sell, the milk quality and delivery were all poor so we did not open an account with them. I've now received a threatening debt collection letter to my house with someone else's name on it chasing £4.58 and claiming they have been communicating with me and trying to resolve the debt which is a complete lie as I've had no calls or letters? Next stop for me will be trading standards.”

“Somehow managed to sign me up to a "free trial" then proceeded to harass me for payment. Tried to cancel numerous times, but absolute nightmare to get through - then had to explain myself a million times as to why I didn't want the milk...”

“They missed one of my orders then still tried to make me pay it. Then they cancelled my account without telling me someone was meant to call me to sort it out which no one did they don’t care about their customers. Would never recommend and I was a loyal customer to them.”

“Macqueens Diary are harassing me for a bill that I did pay straight away by bank transfer, I have proves, I did send the proves to them more than once, but still they are keeping emailing me with the bill that was paid last year, on the first day that I received the bill letter.Disgusting attitude from this company, my next step will be contact a solicitor because this is distressing me daily.”

“Dunno if it’s just my area, but the milk I’ve been getting for the last year has been extremely poor quality, at best lasting 3 days from delivery before starting to go off, most deliveries being nicely “dusted” with the delivery guys cigarette ash and to top it all off when closing my account today after having enough, being threatened to be taken to court as they had to take payment of the last £4 (yes 4) for what I’ve had delivered, not even willing disregard this even with the issues I’ve had and gallons of milk I’ve poured down the sink over the last 11 months and the 100’s and 100’s of pounds they’ve had out of me for it Absolutely disgusted!!”

“Set up an account with them and decided it didn't suit us, in fact the first order was a "substitute due to breakages" which became a "supply problem". Called to cancel and was highly and continuously pressurised not to cancel, asked why several times, and could we not take apple juice or eggs etc. The operator would not take no for an answer. I eventually insisted he cancel and he did. I only wish I'd seen the online reviews before. Would NOT recommend at all!!!!”

“This is like a scam. such bad experience and has been harassed for so long. So the guy say you get a free trial getting milk and can cancelled anytime if you don't like it. We cancelled because they sign us up for 4 bottles of 2L milk every week, no family can consume that amount of milk. Then they are not very happy we cancel it and harass our ass off to pay the two bottles they gave. I mean its not about the money, 2 bottles of milk worth nothing, but it is just disgusted us how they do this, and we called the customer service agreed to not charge us then keep sending us messages say if we do not pay they are going to take further action. Is this how they sell their milk? By scam people and harass them? unbelievable. Avoid in anyways, cause as long as you wanna cancel with them, they will show who they really are.”

“Absolutely appalling customer service!! Everything was fine for a few months until they randomly stopped delivering, no explanation, I tried to get in touch to no avail so I cancelled my direct debit, willing to forgo the 3 x4 pints of milk or £7.77 they owed me! Until I start getting demands from them for the £7.77 they reckon I owe them! Anyway madness has ensued and I've flipped my stack once more at them as I'd eventually been told it was sorted and the account was closed (without apology or refund I might add) only today to get an email and text AGAIN threatening me with small claims court! I email back asking if they're having a laugh only to be asked once more to send the info I've already sent to prove I had missed deliveries. Short version is they're absolutely rubbish, avoid.”

“Tried to Trick me into so called free sample, so cancelled before arrival over phone as I wasn’t happy which they offered a true free sample so I agreed, then proceeded to subscribe me to their subscription without my say so. Now I am forced to pay them. Bunch of wrong’uns.”
