“The worst company ever! Same like in others people cases delivery never happened took the money and wanted me to pay them more for empty glasses!! Not recommending at all! Don't get anything from them!!!!!!!! Customer service awful! Rude and not helpful! Spend 20 minutes on the phone to understand I won't get my money back! Idiots!!! I wasn't fuming like that for ages!”

“Assumed we wanted a delivery after a cold call. Didn’t said yes to a delivery said I would think about it. Next received a text saying deliveries would start and I would be liable. DON’T THINK SO McQueens. Unimpressed by this whole thing.”

“the milk is expensive, they are not "local" as they profess. you have to use a call centre to cancel your subscription and they are very obstructive when you try and cancel McQueens if you want to understand this review, listen to your call recording @ 10:12 on the the 20/1/22”

“Been a customer for a couple of years. Great at first but then became hit and miss with deliveries. Initially you pay first delivery up front which I did. Last straw was leading up to Christmas. Because of bank holidays told one delivery of full order each week. No delivery prior to Christmas. Telephoned and received an apology and told they would investigate and as an apology offered NY week delivery f.o.c. Heard nothing further Guess what, no delivery the next week either. Called to cancel my account but phone not answered. Wrote and advised I was cancelling future deliveries due to unreliability. Received an email to say would not accept written cancellations and had to phone even though nobody answers. Cancelled DD. Now received a demand for £1.90... For what I ask myself. I paid first delivery up front and the last 4 deliveries didn't happen. The last delivery I did receive was one small plastic milk bottle that cost 49p in supermarket. Will I be paying them £1.90 - not a chance.”

“DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! The sales team who knocked at our door and encourage us to sign up we’re very friendly and approachable. We never had any issues with our milk or deliveries however, the prices were increased without being notified and when we went to cancel the woman on the telephone was very rude and intimidating and I was therefore unable to cancel the order. I will be closing my direct debit.”

“AVOID! I have never had any dealings with this company but they claim I owe them £18.00 for milk? Was it gold plated milk at that price??? Absolute shambolic! They are making a fortune from innocent people! DO NOT BUY MCQUEENS MILK!”

“Sorry just not worth the hassle the delivery as been good nice and early lost count amount of time I have needed to phone, been charged for extra milk I have not had this Christmas and with a price increase this January of 20 pence on 2 litre just not worth it cancelled now hopefully that’s the end .”

“Made it difficult to cancel, called them several times when finally decided to opt to general queries no 5 and not cancellation no4. Somebody answered who was really difficult to communicate with. For few times before Christmas received plastic bottles instead of glass and during holidays they raised prices prices from 7 a week that I was paying to £10 which I find out only when I called to cancel. There is no communication between costumers.”

“Cowboys at best. Totally abhorrent people on the phone not providing a customer service more a mafia phone line. They threaten to take you to a debt collection agency over £6 after you cancel through their social media chat which is advertised as a quick and easy way to cancel. They are rude on the phone to the point where they basically laugh at you and provoke you so that they can provide an excuse not to talk to you. If this is how they treat humans imagine how they treat the cows. One can only hope they find a profession where they do not have to speak to a human. All this on top of multiple missed orders. Terrible company with terrible staff.”

“The man who set up deliveries at my door was lovely. I decided to cancel after a few and called them directly to cancel i was told it was cancelled. 2 more deliveries turn up so i cancelled my direct debit. I recieved a text saying i owed money so called them to say i had cancelled previously. The women on the phone was very patronising and dismissed my story of cancelled and made comments such as ‘you cant afford 1.55’. I am struggling and overdrawn currently so NO i cannot afford this and NO i wont be paying as i spoke to someone who told me it was cancelled. The milk is fine but due to the idiot on the phone i will not be dealing with this company again and will let others know not to use.”

“All fine until I decides to cancel! They make it very difficult to cancel. Can't do this on line have to phone then the cancellation line isn't available, went through on another line and they put me through. Then the hard sell began! When I was firm saying I hear all that but want the cancel I then heard the operator saying "f**k sake". Not impressed.”

“Told we could get the milk once to try, phoned to pay. Were abused and hounded by the cancellation lady asking why we wanted to cancel. Think this lady needs to speak to the guys chapping doors offering a 1 week trial with no direct debit cause she makes it so difficult to cancel”

“Lady showed up at door and offered a free trial of milk to which I agreed. This bottle was delivered, but then I was hounded to pay for the bottle (not free after all), AND on top of this they had signed me up to receive weekly milk I did not ask for. I tried to cancel and they have made this impossible. Luckily I have not set up any method of payment, so they can continue to deliver milk for all I care they won’t get paid for it because I did not ask for it.”
