I wasn’t particularly interested in receiving milk but salesman was quite pushy and said the first bottle is a free trial and to see how you get on. I decided it wasn’t for me and was bombarded with texts. After they phoned me and I said I want to cancel, they used passive aggressive comments to try make me reconsider I was told I have to pay for the “free” bottle £1.01. Wouldn’t recommend.

Absolutely charlatan company like everyone has said. Horrible people Never agreed to a subscription service. Offered a free sample and now keep getting chased for the overpriced milk.

Got 2x2 pints as a trial, I never set up a order account or bank account, left messages on my gate " no more milk " delivered without consent another 3 times, even with note on gate, got a bill by phone, paid it for want of no arguments, told delivery guy NO more !!!, just now got a bill for what I paid for end of march !!!!

Bad company drivers speeding in diesel van driving dangerously and causing a noise nuicance at 3am milk doesn't taste very fresh either

I can only echo what has already been said. Negatives - Door to door sales - Constant calls to try this and to try that - which is never free - Overpriced. 3 pints of orange and 6 eggs for £6.80 or so a week. At a supermarket, this would be ~£3 - Orange juice always tasted a bit weird - Poor quality eggs. For some reason the yolks would always break - Milk was delivered in plastic containers - Not a local company - Did I mention it was expensive? Positives - AVOID!!!!!!

My children stoped taking the milk so decided to cancel . I rang to cancel and this sales man was talking me into taking one instead of 2 . After insisting I wanted to cancel. He was just not listening. I managed to get home cancel and he took final payment. ( I wasn’t getting y but i didn’t mind as long as I was cancelled for anymore delivery. I was informed it is cancelled. No the next week milk is delivered money goes out again. This continued for like 3weeks . I had to give some of the milk out and kept the others in my freezer. I was now very on happy and cancelled it fired from the bank. I am now constantly receiving emails that I owe £2. 19. From an unmonitored number. I regret joining them now..

These salesmen of theirs are so desperate and rude. Got conned by them when living at another address under the 'free milk trial'. Just moved address to find yet another one of their salesman knock on our door not once, bit twice in one evening after I closed the door the first time. No means no. Not , no but I'll try again later !

Lied to by salesman who offered a 'free trial' that turned out to be not free. From reading others comments this seems to be an issue up and down the country. Surely tricking people into one extra payment isn't a good business plan.

My review is pretty much the same as 99% of them on here. Cold call door salesmen offering me a free trial of the milk (it was not free), told they were a local company (they are not a local company) - not the door to door salesmen were very nice, friendly and approachable, however I suspect they are told to tell all these lies about the company and product as part of their training. I stuck with them for a couple of months, but my milk started arriving already spoiled by the next morning and the orange juice was sour, these certainly hadn't been refrigerated for quite some time, then the straw that broke the cammels back was when my delivery never arrived at all the next time, I had had enough of poor quality products and undelivered products. I attempted to cancel but never managed to get through to anyone on the phone, I emailed to explain and received a response ignoring all my raising concerns and instead told me to call the cancellation number which I had already previously been calling. I decided to cancel the direct debit instead, I wasn't going to pay another penny to this shambles of a company. Then the threatening emails and text messages stared threatening to use debt collectors if I don't pay them £12.44 immediately (how they think I owe them £12.44 for 1 pint of milk and 2 pints of orange juice which never arrived is beyond me). I called them up again to explain they wouldn't be getting a penny from me, received a load of abuse, and simply told the woman on the phone that I have a better chance of being blown by Jesus than she did of getting any money off me. In the end I reported them to both trading standards for a number of consumer rights violations, and to the HSE for repeatedly providing spoiled dairy products to the public.

DON’T BE FOOLED BY FREE TRAIL OFFER…offered a free trial for one week by two members of staff. One being the boy at the door and another a man on the phone. Once we tried the milk we made a decision it were cheaper for us to go to our local shop so we asked to cancel. We was then told we would have to pay for the free trail milk we got. SCAMMERS AND RUDE. The woman on the phone should be milking the cows because her customer service is diabolical…STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY

The worst company ever! Same like in others people cases delivery never happened took the money and wanted me to pay them more for empty glasses!! Not recommending at all! Don't get anything from them!!!!!!!! Customer service awful! Rude and not helpful! Spend 20 minutes on the phone to understand I won't get my money back! Idiots!!! I wasn't fuming like that for ages!

Assumed we wanted a delivery after a cold call. Didn’t said yes to a delivery said I would think about it. Next received a text saying deliveries would start and I would be liable. DON’T THINK SO McQueens. Unimpressed by this whole thing.

the milk is expensive, they are not "local" as they profess. you have to use a call centre to cancel your subscription and they are very obstructive when you try and cancel McQueens if you want to understand this review, listen to your call recording @ 10:12 on the the 20/1/22

Been a customer for a couple of years. Great at first but then became hit and miss with deliveries. Initially you pay first delivery up front which I did. Last straw was leading up to Christmas. Because of bank holidays told one delivery of full order each week. No delivery prior to Christmas. Telephoned and received an apology and told they would investigate and as an apology offered NY week delivery f.o.c. Heard nothing further Guess what, no delivery the next week either. Called to cancel my account but phone not answered. Wrote and advised I was cancelling future deliveries due to unreliability. Received an email to say would not accept written cancellations and had to phone even though nobody answers. Cancelled DD. Now received a demand for £1.90... For what I ask myself. I paid first delivery up front and the last 4 deliveries didn't happen. The last delivery I did receive was one small plastic milk bottle that cost 49p in supermarket. Will I be paying them £1.90 - not a chance.
