“Lady showed up at door and offered a free trial of milk to which I agreed. This bottle was delivered, but then I was hounded to pay for the bottle (not free after all), AND on top of this they had signed me up to receive weekly milk I did not ask for. I tried to cancel and they have made this impossible. Luckily I have not set up any method of payment, so they can continue to deliver milk for all I care they won’t get paid for it because I did not ask for it.”

“Absolute cowboy company to work for was told 2 weeks training to learn the round day 3 was told to do 280 drops in a round had been shown once know wonder they can't keep drivers avoid at all costs”

“I never placed an order or received any products ,but I am being threatened with debt collection if I do not pay.I was told on the phone that I left a note on my door cancelling my imaginary order which absolutely untrue why would I cancel an order I never made so was not expecting ! Staff talk over you and accuse you of not contacting them ! Though why you would contact a company you have no arrangement with is beyond me. Avoid these con artist if they turn up at your door.”

“The Friday morning milk delivery is actually delivered on Thursday night! So decided to cancel, (they have a online form which you can order additional quantities, however it can't be used to cancel) you have to phone, this puts you through to the "cancellation department" and this is where you get the sorry you're leaving, and then the really really hard sell, we're local, why do you want to cancel? look we're going past your door!! don't buy from the supermarket!! Then when you insist on cancelling, she starts shouting even louder, getting really angry, then insists on going through a process, for the second time! By the time you have finished you feel exhausted, I feel sorry for elderly or anyone who is unwell that wants to cancel their order and has to endure this level of intimidation. She needs to go on an Anger management course. If she had been reasonable I might have gone back to them in the future, now NO WAY AM I GOING NEAR THEM!!!”

“My experience: Someone shows up at my door. Explains they deliver milk. I explain I already have a milkman. They explain they do juice and eggs which sounds interesting. They take my details so they can call me and discuss my options. I visit the website, see the prices and decide not to go with them. When they call I let them know this. Then the next day 2 bottles of milk show up on my doorstep. Someone phones up to ask for payment. I explain that I haven’t ordered anything and don’t plan to. I don’t even create an account. Then the next week two more bottles show up. I’m now getting regular texts and phone calls hassling me to create a direct debit for something that I never ordered. My advice - don’t give them your details, you’ll regret it. >>Update: They returned my email saying that since I gave them my name and phone number that meant I was signing up to deliveries. They intend to continue to deliver me milk I have never asked for. This feels like a scam but with me ending up with unwanted milk! Customer service very aggressive in tone.”

“You just can't get rid of them. I had bottles delivered and they went off after 1 day of being in the fridge, phoned to cancel and gave the reason why. I was then forced to go into my plastic recycling bin to get the bottle. To give them a batch number. Told them no more but milk still appeared on the doorstep. Only way I got rid was cancelling the DD.”

“DONT GO WITH THIS COMPANY They knocked on my door to offer a free trial I telephoned them to say I had changed my mind and not to send the free pint of milk. and to remove my details The woman on the phone persuaded me to try the free trial and that they would ring me for feedback but still cancel any account. So this morning I've woke up to anotber milk on my door step the following week. I phoned cancellation and said why you sent more milk i didn't agree to the woman said I will cancel your account but you will have to pay for todays delivery then hung up on me. Absolute horrendous company”

“Thought it was a good idea to have milk delivered. Not from McQueens though. Pestered the living daylights out of me to sign their Direct Debit. Only had 4 litres of milk delivered but had 6 phone calls to pay up in the first week, what a pain.”

“Worst company ever dealt with,always delivered wrong milk, no milk, milk delivered at midnight out all night. Cancelled and then they sent me threatening emails for £5.73 paid it just to get rid of them not sure even if I had the milk. Not understanding. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY”

“Partner was put on the spot by a guy cold calling, told it was a free trial, no Bank details given at all, she just wanted the man gone, free milk trial was delivered, they called demanding she pay despite being told it was free, she told them on the phone no more milk, another week, more milk, another phone call harassing demanding payment. This screams scam to me and potentially illegal, false advertising and highly aggressive phone staff”

“Don’t be pressured into trying some “free milk” by them. You’ll be on the phone twice in a week for half an hour trying to get them to cancel your delivery. Shocking customer service. If it wasn’t for that, I’d of maybe given them more of a chance”

“We've had issues with the wrong milk being delivered, not delivered at all and one occasion the milk carton was halfway down our path and burst open like the driver had thrown it. they don't respond to complaints properly either, we lodged a complaint with them about something one of their driver have done and all we keep getting told is a manager will call us. we've been getting told this for several weeks. DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM”

“Avoid working here at East Kilbride. Poor management and drivers treated unfairly, getting sacked over phone call’s and email’s for being off sick (which wasn’t much sickness). One manager sent a worker out whos partner foned them at the start of their shift to tell them they have covid and got sent out anyway to do their shift.”

“Polite lad came to door no problem milk started getting delivered twice a week, but then I was in bed at 11 at night heard something outside looked at my phone on my ring camera and there was the milkman delivering my next day milk? I phone the company next day to complain but then on the next day delivery no milk had a card put through saying sorry dropped your bottles so no milk ? Cancelled yet they are still trying to get money of me £1.70 don’t no where that figure comes from as was having two milk delivered and never got the last two they owe me.”

“The milk went off 4 days before it was meant to consistently. When I rang to cancel they kept offering me discounts to keep me despite me saying I just wanted to leave. They were more concerned with going down a script of how to keep me on instead of listening to what I wanted. They then suggested it was my fault the milk went off because I didn’t drink it quickly enough. It is easier to escape North Korea then it is to cancel a McQueen’s Dairy subscription.”
