“Very easy to order with very friendly and helpful staff. Great to get milk etc delivered straight to your door. They do a full range of products including juices and eggs. Would definitely recommend to family and friends.”

“Signed up as was told milk was local and they paid the farmers more for their milk and would be delivered early in morning.started ok but 2 months in have had 4 deliveries turned to yogurt in 4 days despite having 4 days date left on them,phoned to cancel and had hard sell to carry on,could hardly hear person on phone due to office noise in background, found out was talking to someone in Glasgow,so much for local”

“Tried to suspend delivery to attend my mother's funeral by phone. Kept getting a message saying "can't deal with your request at the moment, try again later". Tried this for a few days while trying to plan a funeral. I gave up and text them. No reply so I emailed. Got a response right away saying I need to phone. I said I have but your not answering your phones. They emailed again saying send my number and they would call me. With the funeral about to start I said no , I'm cancelling my direct debit. Cancel my milk altogether. The milk was still delivered and went down the drain because I wasn't there . They've phoned me today to charge me for the milk I had cancelled. Avoid this company .”

“Wouldn't buy milk from again, the sale team will tell you complete rubbish to get you to sigh up was told could pay with healthy start card to then find out we can't, they guy on the phone had no clue what he was doing also very rude 100% would say use milk and more as there a better milk company”

“Apparently the milkmen are in charge, they seem to be unable to train them to deliver my milk in a morning. Three times in as many months I have complained that I do not want my milk delivered between 10pm and midnight particularly in the summer months as we dont get up until 8 and who pays for the milk if it is stolen from my step? Obviously they dont need my custom and they no longer have it.”

“Honestly where to begin…. I drink alternative milk to cows milk and the oat milk they kept delivering looked disgusting and smelt off, so I cancelled my direct debit and they stopped delivering as soon as cancelled. Howether they’ve still tried to charge me for my invisible milk and this is resulted in me getting threats in a small fines court case. Pathetic for a company”

“Canvasser knocked on my door, asked what milk I drink and how much. I advised I don't want it delivered but happy to take some details to have a look at. "I dont really have anything to give you, but I'm only here to get some details and we'll give you a call to discuss" Shes then used these detsails to set me up an account and place orders on my behalf - it's all on my door cam fortunately. When I logged in to the portal after recevieving a txt to say my order has been placed I could not amend or cancel my order until after my first delivery had been, which is a week away, apt! These are scamming people in to being customers and vulnerable or pensioners won't know this until they have received their first order, of which I'm, sure they would be haraased to pay for. Avoid them at all costs.”

“I have been using them since I moved here 3yrs ago. I have had a couple of issues with delivery over that time but theses were resolved quickly and efficiently by the lovely and friendly customer service team. Their products are abit more expensive than supermarkets but simply taste so much better so I will continue to use them.”

“Canvassing at the door by a very pushy man !!! I told him I was moving house soon and he quite frankly didn’t give a s*#! Anyway I felt very pressured to at least try it once but after he’d gone I received a txt confirming the order to which I replied please don’t deliver , no reply! Tried to ring , on hold then put the phone down! Are you serious 🧐 You people are making real dairy farmers look like con men ….I’m moving if you leave milk it’s a big fat your problem!”

“The lads who canvassed the street to get some business were all pleasant and happy to explain things, saying they were just getting people to try it for 2 deliveries and if we liked it we could continue or if not we could just pay for the two deliveries and that was fine. We thought yes happy to try as always thought would be great to try a milk round again. Being a national company but using British farms is good but would be nice to be able to support a few local farms ( may look in to this in the future) first delivery arrived as expected and we didn't even hear them. Milk was fine ( 2ltr semi in plastic bottle) but couldn't really distinguish from our normal milk from other sources at half the price. Was half hoping it would be fresher and tastier like i remembered getting from the milkman as a kid . We decided that we would probably not continue after the 'trial' 2 we were due so was expecting to just get the 2nd one and then a call to discuss our experience and settle the bill. From the day after the lads signed us up i was hounded with texts and calls to set up a direct debit. Knowing we weren't continuing and that we were only trialing at this stage it was a bit concerning and i was reluctant to do so. Eventually on the day before we were due the 2nd delivery i answered the phone again ( having ignored a few repeated calls or being at work at time they called) to a very friendly lady who was just enquiring about what we thought and to set up direct debit. i said again we would like to not continue after our 2 initial ones at which point her attitude changed. When she couldn't convince me she had to put me through to the cancellation team ( weird as i don't recall signing up to anything) A gentleman answered who again tried to convince me it was a great product ( im not denying it is its just not for us) and he too became quite rude in his manner at this point to the point he took payment for the first delivery and said we wouldn't get our 2nd . I was more than happy to pay for the 2 we were expecting so they lost a sale there.. and the bad vibe the customer service team left me with has prompted this review. Shame. Friendly sales, a product that has no faults but poor customer service ....”

“Milk gets delivered at 11pm for it to be sat there till I get up at 7am last maximum of 2 days of goes off this has make my 1yr old son ill”

“Aggressive attitude from staff when I said I wanted to cancel my order. Not willing to take 'no' for an answer. Frankly, this Company engages in 'objection handling on steroids'. If you see the other negative reviews then you will see that this is not a unique experience. Recommend avoid at all cost!”

“Had deliveries for a few years, had a few delivery problems to begin with so I stopped using them for a couple of years, re-started about 4 years ago and only a couple of delivery problems since. I always contact by phone and they're always very friendly and helpful. Surprised at the low rating here, guess it's a classic case of those who have nothing to compain about usually don't feel the need to say so.”
