“DON’T BE FOOLED BY FREE TRAIL OFFER…offered a free trial for one week by two members of staff. One being the boy at the door and another a man on the phone. Once we tried the milk we made a decision it were cheaper for us to go to our local shop so we asked to cancel. We was then told we would have to pay for the free trail milk we got. SCAMMERS AND RUDE. The woman on the phone should be milking the cows because her customer service is diabolical…STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY”

“Just come off the phone having changed the order. The usual very friendly and efficient response. Delighted that delivery staff always carefully put eggs into a safe container. Much as I appreciate the local foxes, I didn't want them pinching my eggs!”

“It has been a big change for us now having our milk and eggs delivered , I feel I have no need to rush the shops and not spending on other items when I only needed milk , deliveries are always on time”

“Excellent service, quick to answer the phone if I need to ring. Lovely friendly staff. Would definitely recommend to family and friends and have done. Can book holiday online when you don't need any milk etc. Cannot fault the service.”

“The worst company ever! Same like in others people cases delivery never happened took the money and wanted me to pay them more for empty glasses!! Not recommending at all! Don't get anything from them!!!!!!!! Customer service awful! Rude and not helpful! Spend 20 minutes on the phone to understand I won't get my money back! Idiots!!! I wasn't fuming like that for ages!”

“The milk and egg delivered at times during the night with no disturbance also the eggs r absolutely beautiful taste you can seethe r quality against supermarkets ok more expensive but you only get what you pay for and that is quality 👌”

“Assumed we wanted a delivery after a cold call. Didn’t said yes to a delivery said I would think about it. Next received a text saying deliveries would start and I would be liable. DON’T THINK SO McQueens. Unimpressed by this whole thing.”

“the milk is expensive, they are not "local" as they profess. you have to use a call centre to cancel your subscription and they are very obstructive when you try and cancel McQueens if you want to understand this review, listen to your call recording @ 10:12 on the the 20/1/22”

“I want to cancel my order and pay any balance. I have spent ages by email to say I want to CANCEL future delivery. So they say I need to call but I spent already 20 min to wait. I asked about bank details to pay and always say I need to call. I would like to say NO I DO NOT NEED TO CALL! the communication is horrible. TO book delivery was easy but to leave the company they push me to call and give me other offers but I JUST WANT TO SAY GOODBYE.”

“Been a customer for a couple of years. Great at first but then became hit and miss with deliveries. Initially you pay first delivery up front which I did. Last straw was leading up to Christmas. Because of bank holidays told one delivery of full order each week. No delivery prior to Christmas. Telephoned and received an apology and told they would investigate and as an apology offered NY week delivery f.o.c. Heard nothing further Guess what, no delivery the next week either. Called to cancel my account but phone not answered. Wrote and advised I was cancelling future deliveries due to unreliability. Received an email to say would not accept written cancellations and had to phone even though nobody answers. Cancelled DD. Now received a demand for £1.90... For what I ask myself. I paid first delivery up front and the last 4 deliveries didn't happen. The last delivery I did receive was one small plastic milk bottle that cost 49p in supermarket. Will I be paying them £1.90 - not a chance.”

“DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! The sales team who knocked at our door and encourage us to sign up we’re very friendly and approachable. We never had any issues with our milk or deliveries however, the prices were increased without being notified and when we went to cancel the woman on the telephone was very rude and intimidating and I was therefore unable to cancel the order. I will be closing my direct debit.”
