“Great service, delivery on time. Good quality product. Am thrilled with them. I'm replacing architraving around my doors in the hallway of my victorian house, which had been taken off and have flat architrave on. My husband has stained them a light oak, which they look amazing. Can't wait til they're up.”

“The skirting board is decent and was delivered quite quickly. There was no pre warning about delivery until the morning it was coming, this was too late to arrange to be in. Luckily, it was nice weather so the skirting board could be left outside until we got home.”

“This is the second time I've bought from this company, good communication and service up until the driver left a 4 metre board outside the shop next door to ours with a message telling us to move it before 9am. Fortunately the staff of Shoe Zone are brighter than the driver, they took the board inside their shop when they opened at 10am. No one fell over it and unusually for the UK, it wasn't raining.”

“I have ordered from you before and had a great experience, so I decided to use you again.. But this time on the day of delivery (Friday) , I was told the driver had rang in sick just hrs before my delivery was due , which meant I had already booked a day off work to accept delivery but unfortunately this was wasted.. I was then told the delivery would be coming the next day (Saturday) same time.. I already had plans that day, so I asked older relatives to be in at my house to accept the delivery, . In the end the delivery was four hours late which is not great, considering the house is empty with no heating or running water and my elderly relatives had to wait all that time And because it was a Saturday, your offices are closed and could not answer any calls to let me know any updated information So I’m a bit disappointed this time around”

“Unfortunately I had a poor experience because the timber was unusable due to knots having fallen out leaving holes and the machine planing was faulty in several places. The good experience is I took photos and emailed them and made an imediate follow up phone call and received a refund”
