“MEDvidi is absolutely amazing and I definitely would highly recommend them. They are vey knowledgeable and understanding. The medical team is wonderful. Tulani Johnson is truly remarkable, as she makes it a priority to listen to you and then provide answers to any questions you might have. They all work as a team to make sure that you have the best of care. Scarlett was very helpful today assisting with a small issue I had. The hands on experience and kindness they give is unbelievable.”

“It all started Sunday when something went wrong during my appointment and it was never finished, I was told that I would be given a new appointment the following day which was Monday but I never got a message or a call so I called them and was told the same as I was told the day before but again nothing happened and I grew quite frustrated at that point but after explaining everything to the support staff and letting them know how frustrating it was, they were able to confirm a new appointment with my provider on Wednesday night instead of allowing it to take any longer or making me jump through hoops. What started out as a very frustrating experience was put to rest with an acceptable solution which I am grateful for - thank goodness for their patience and help or I would be quite upset by now”

“My experience with this company fell far short of my expectations. I encountered several significant issues that impacted my treatment: Missed Appointments: The doctor missed a total of 8 scheduled appointments with me. This caused considerable disruption to my schedule and delayed my treatment progress. Medication Delays: On multiple occasions, my prescribed medication was unavailable at the pharmacy. Each time this happened, I had to contact customer service, where I experienced long wait times and unhelpful responses. It typically took an additional 3 days for the medication to be sent to the pharmacy after these calls, further delaying my treatment. Misleading Information: During a phone call with customer service on [Date of call], I was incorrectly informed that I could not see a doctor until after my current medication ran out. This contradicted my understanding of scheduling policies and created unnecessary confusion. These repeated issues resulted in a gap in my treatment for almost a month. I am deeply disappointed with the level of service and communication I received from MEDvidi.”

“God awful service. Wait time on the phone is at LEAST an hour. Practitioners do not care for patients in the slightest. I have never dealt with this level of disregard and disrespect in a clinical setting, and that's saying a lot. Having a large patient load is not an excuse for what amounts to medical neglect. As a practitioner in veterinary medicine, if I were to ever speak to or treat my clients the way I was treated by Medvidi, I would be out of a job. I genuinely cannot believe how most of the practitioners could even get a job with their level of incompetence.”

“I had my appointment a week ago. They cut all my prescription doses in half. I have called everyday to get these reduced prescriptions they keep telling me give them time this place is a scam.”
