“Sadie was very helpful with my situation about my ESA letter not being filled out correctly and ensured me that I will be getting it today. I’m just frustrated because my information should’ve already been filled out the first time but I know that everyone I’ve spoken to over the phone is not to blame. I just wished I did not have to call back again and again for something that I already spoke about with someone else.”
