“Can never get a call back and everyone I speak to over the phone tells me I'll be getting a call back, its been a month, 11 phone calls and 16 in web chats and 23 emails. I am being completely ghosted. They claim their phone system doesn't allow transfers (what kind of archaic phone system doesn't have the ability to transfer a call??). I asked the company to remove my email from their database as I have asked them to stop emailing me, their only response is to "unsubscribe" I have unsubscribed and blocked multiple times and I still get emails coming through. They claim they cannot remove my email due to HIPPA (yes they used the incorrect acronym, shows how compliant and knowledgeable they are), but an email address is not considered PHI and does not need to be kept for 5 years due to HIPAA (this is the correct acronym, might want to inform your staff).”

“Medvidi is a great service. They have great customer service representatives who assist within minutes if you ever have an issue. Fiya is fantastic and very responsive. Fiya answered my question and had my issue resolved within minutes. Medvidi is like my personal concierge. Trust them for your mental health. They will always support you just like Fiya did for me. I called and spoke with another person (man) who just totally frustrated me to no end , thank you for your kindness ,professionalism , and helping me with my issue . I was charged 2 times for upcoming appointment, but when speaking with 1st person he was quite short with he didn’t help at all . Thank you Alicia .
