“Ashley is extremely professional, very dedicated and very talented. She also genuinely cares about you and her response about my inquiry of the Medvidi company is what got me to trust the office and so I made an appointment. I haven’t seen a provider yet because my paperwork has extra channels of verification to work through. “There’s 2 providers that have gone above and beyond. 1 of them is Sadie who helped me on the customer service side helping me get my prescription to the right place when local pharmacies didn’t have my medication in stock. The other is Aseem Ali, always professional and thorough. He is hands down the main reason I keep coming back to MedVidi. 10/10 all around, thank you all!”

“I have been with Med Vivi for over 6 months now and every month, it's something new. This month, after taking payment, they cancelled my appointment because they are requesting proof of my residence. I am and have been self-pay the whole time. Furthermore, I provided a valid passport and my medical records. I am willing to provide documentation according to policy. I requested to see the policy and still haven't received. They should have notified me the policy changes prior to accepting payment, especially since I have been with them and they message all other request (i.e., time to schedule or confirm appointment). Now they are saying 10-15 days refund. That's absurd!”
