“I wish I had read these reviews prior to ordering from this company. The chelated copper product is as described, but the customer service is woeful! If you don’t need your order for 2 to 3 weeks, then Megavitamins is the company for you. Not only did it take 2 weeks to ship, it then took a week to get to Brisbane due to it being Christmas. Customer service replied to my first email but ignored my subsequent email. This delay negatively impacted my health as I was severely copper deficient and NEEDED the supplement ASAP. All that was required was an honest reply to my email enquiry and this review might have been different.”

“Dear people, don't purchase anything from this company. I bought a nasal spray, after several weeks they sent a different one to me and it was considerably cheaper compared to what I ordered and paid for. Multiple requests to resolve a problem ended up with nothing. So, these guys just get you money and then you can forget about it. It is very strange that such a company still operates in Australia.”

“Sent me the wrong item and not responding to my enquiry. Worst website ever and such a waste of money too very regretful purchase. I'm surprised how business like this still operating i feel like they stole my money purposely as they advertise something and sell something else??!!”

“Ordered online, I never received my items. Customer service said it was shipped. Then later said it was in a queue to be shipped. Never gave me a tracking number, never sent a tax invoice. Contact number always sends to voicemail. They may operating without an ABN”

“Ordered online, I never received my items. Customer service says they shipped it. Then they say they haven't. It's been 3 weeks. Now they are ignoring my emails. The phone number goes straight to voice mail. After reading other reviews, I'm worried it's a SCAM.”

“My doctor recommended a specific product for me. I Googled it and found it listed on the Megavitamins website. I ordered five bottles of the product. Megavitamins (aka Healthy Care Living Pty Ltd and Healthyday Vitamins) sent me 3 bottles of another item I didn't order and said the others were on their way. Those others never arrived. I returned the unwanted items by tracked mail and asked for a refund. I am almost $200 out-of-pocket and still waiting to see my money. How do we get the credit cards to close this operation down?”

“I ordered 5 items and was send only 4 (but was still charged for all 5). I sent a polite email asking if the last item would be shipped separately or if I would be refunded. I received no response. I have lodged a chargeback request with my back for payment. I suggest anyone who has been ripped off by Megavitamins to do the same. It is the only way you will get your money back and hopefully the credit card companies will put a stop to their shady business.”

“Ordered 2 x 2kg of magnesium bath salts. Over a week with no shipping contacted someone via chat who said it shipped on Friday ( no shipping notice ) and then said oh BTW we are sending 750KG bags as we are out of the 2kg ones is that ok? So they are sending 5 x 750kg bags which is 3.750 not the 4kg ordered. Will never ever buy from them again. Also the reviews.io rating on their website is totally different to the rating listed here”

“Where to start? No shipping email, no response to using their 'contact' form. Using their online chat was laughable as the operator "Rachael" just disappeared with no response. I then called and was given some dodgy sounding excuses about Oz post being the problem. The guy then hung up on me!! I get that business is tricky and possibly difficult atm but seriously.. Just wow. 0/5.”

“I ordered Synergy chlorella tablets which the site said were available. What arrived was tablets of the Now brand and I can't swallow them. The ones I ordered and didn't get I know I can swallow. When I rang to complain the guy was most unhelpful and not apologetic at all. I won't be buying from this company again and am still after tablets I can swallow. Kerrie”

“I purchased 5 products on mega vitamins website. That costed me $ 148 They insisted to send much cheaper products instead. In the end they send 3 items. It has been 6 weeks I still didn’t get the rest. Don’t buy anything from Mega Vitamins Please please don’t lose your money.”

“I ordered 6 bottles of Fab Iron, and a toothbrush ... total $144.84 AUD. They contacted me to tell me that they were out of Fab Iron, but they could supply a different brand. I said I did not want any other brand, and to issue me a refund. They said they would do so. A few days later, I receive a package from them with 6 bottles of the different brand! Emails go back and forth ... sometimes there is no reply for several days, and I have to resend the email ... finally, I get a partial refund. They still owe me $11.82, and I am hanging in there to get that back, too. It was their error, why should I be out any money at all?! Terrible, terrible customer service.”
