“Your service was great but the courier company you using is the worst”

“The ordering process was speedy and without a hitch. I ordered 4 pairs of shoes. They had everything I ordered in stock, confirmed the order by email and my order was delivered within 48 hours because I requested an urgent delivery. Everything was correct I was so impressed. I need to exchange an item (too small) and must still see how well that will work out. Watch this space. Very happy with the service.”

“Is it possible to get the soles for Bronx shoes separately. I love the shoes so much and I have bought several pairs in the past. However, the sole gets town while the upper part is intact as new.”

Sir, please note as advised by customer service- the shoe is received was the correct size as ordered in the UK. You required the US 13 which is the UK 12. We have arranged collection and will send you the size you want. Thank you.

“I have bought two pairs of boots from Men’s Shoe Centre over the years and both times their service and products have been excellent. The latest pair I bought were unfortunately one size too small, but they happily exchanged them for the correct size in very quick time (between Durban and Cape Town) at no extra charge! Very satisfied all round”
