“Site is nice. Delivery is dismal. why do I have to provide ID and proof of residence to courier??? Seems like overkill. any other courier delivery can be signed for by reception or a 3rd party. Makes no sense. so when he rocked up at my delivery address on Friday, I was not available to provide all this. Now he has to return today. Supply chain 101 - waste of time and money.”

“Men's Shoe center is where I always buy my shoes as I cant get my size in your average shop. Pity you don't have a store in Cape Town, but I am impressed with how fast the delivery was and will defiantly be ordering more shoes in the near future.”
