“We moved to Colorado Springs a little over a year ago and found ourselves in need of a trustworthy pet sitting service. We were thrilled to discover Meowtel, a service specifically tailored for cats. Our first experience with them was fantastic, thanks to Andrea, our cat sitter. She was nothing short of wonderful with our beloved Apollo. Her care and dedication over the past year have been a relief, and we're grateful for the peace of mind she provides us whenever we're away. “Meowtel is easy to navigate: booking, making changes, and communicating with petsitter are all easy. I found an excellent pet sitter, who went above and beyond caring for my cat and my home. I reccommend Meowtel!”

“We have had several cat sitters from Meowtel and consistently received good service. Each of the sitters has followed instructions and sent us little reports. They all seem genuinely to enjoy spending time with cats!”

“I'm very pleased with Meowtel. The cat sitters I've reserved with Meowtel have been very proffessional and took great care of our cat. Also, it's easy to use your app and make appointments. I like the way we get regular updates from the cat sitter while we're away. Also, it's comforting to know that Meowtel has 'vetted' the sitters to make sure they're safe and reliable. I'd recommend Meowtel to any cat owner to take care of thier cat while they're away.”

“I had a great experience with Meowtel. The sitter was very familiar with cats, captured our important information, and took wonderful care of our cats. Maggie, our timid kitty, typically won't come out of hiding for anyone who isn't family. She came out and greeter the sitter on the first (and every subsequent) visit! I really like the practice of notes and pictures with every visit!”

“Meowtel is a great way to find cat sitters. The only downside is that there aren’t too many in my area, but I was able to find someone who can take care of a diabetic cat, which allowed me to travel.”

“Awesome cat sitting, however Wasn't expecting to pay holiday rates for days that were not even holidays. We were charged holiday rates for each and every day, 7 days, which included 12/24 and 12/25, obviously those are recognized holidays, but the other 5 days were not holidays (12/23, 12/26, 12/27, 12/28, 12/29).”

In terms of the Holiday Surcharge, our sitters have the option to set their own holiday price increase, which you can find on their profiles in the pricing section. If your reservation's dates occur anytime 3 days prior to a federal holiday, on a federal holiday, or 3 days after a federal holiday, you will see a holiday surcharge added on to your reservation.
