Very gappy with buggy

I am dissappointed with the quality of my Navigator buggy , i've had the axles replaced and the remote which to me had a design fault with regard to the charging lead connection to it , with small pins it was always going to fail (the new one is much better), I have friends who have had a variety of issues with their buggies.

I love my MGI Zip Navigator! I have walked over 700 miles with it and now the buttons on my remote are worn out and starting to stick! I was so happy to find that I could get a replacement for the outside at such a reasonable price.

I like my Zip Navigator. Too bad it broke in a way the MGI would not consider a warranty repair.

Eventualy the remote worked, however we had to get the local golf pro to sync with the cart. He did that via looking it up on YouTube, it would have been handy if some instructions had come with the device.

The bag support block I ordered was for the All Terrain trolley hoever it seems that I received the block for another moela and it doesn't fit correctly

I bought these as spares for my new quad navigator. I had to replace my four year old quad coaster because the front wheels were worn out and MGI does not stock replacement parts for units that old, even though such replacement parts would not normally be needed for several years after purchase. I also have previously complained that there is a serious design defect with the battery cable. Because when in place the battery cable is bent. I have twice replaced an otherwise functioning battery because of a short in the cable at the point the cable connects to the battery, As the battery cable connects to the power delivery point in the battery and the battery is sealed, the cable cannot be replaced, MGI should redesign these batteries so that the cable that connects to the battery can be replaced by a plug in cable. The failure of a $400 battery due to a short in a $10 part is silly.

this is my first MGI Ai Naviaton Electric golf cart the best I could buy. works always, everywhere. Easy to open/close . really very functional.

Site it pretty intuitive and easy to use. Had no problems finding what I needed and ordering was a breeze. Since the Zip Navigator is sold in Costco, they offer a good package of attachments at a good price.
