“I have been very pleased by the customer service I was provided. My person diagnosed my issue and asked me to try a couple of simple jobs relayed to the problem I presented when those things did not work an anew motor controller was prescribed, ordered and shipped. I have since installed the controller and it now works like new……thank you”

“It took three weeks to get my cart nothing about it being back ordered when I ordered it. iI think there should be a discount on accesseries when you buy this cart and want to upgrade with accesseries. It took 4 weeks to order a seat for this cart due to it being back ordered, I'm still waiting for the seat to be delivered.”

“I ordered the part and delivery was prompt and the part was as ordered. Even better when I called MGI the office had me speak to Andrew in parts or worshop, not sure, but he gave me a heads up and tips on how to install the new gearbox/axel. With MGI's utube video I was able to install the part . Now happy days again. Thanks MGI”
