“Ordered a replacement remote. There is no way the remote is actually as expensive as they charged! But the cart is inoperable without the remote. So you guys decide to price gouge. Hate the practices at your company.”

“I bought the axis with the hope it would be great as have all my MGI purchases hav been. But unfortunately this GPS watch didn't cut it for me. I found it hard to use and had many fewer features that a lesser Garmin has. I will wait and see if a next generation is better.”

“Absolutely love my zip navigator. Not only is it functional but it allows me as senior golfer to continue to walk the course with minimal exertion and it also gets a lot of second looks from other golfers. My new Americana version is extremely stylish and patriotic. No regrets on my purchase and I recommend it to everyone.”

“It was very easy to work with the MGI phone staff. My questions were answered, and ordering was easy. The caddy arrived quickly. The instruction booklet is clear. I have only had a chance to use the cart a few times. It seems to work well.”

“I ordered the new remote, @ 180.00. Then I found I could have ordered just a new case, and transfered the technology from my case that was missing one of the buttons for about $25.00. Wish I would have been given that info. before I ordered the new remote. However the new remote works fine. Thanks.”

“The seat that I was requested to review works fine. However, my MGI Zip Navigator AT dumped 4 times on my first outing. I wasn't / and am not happy. I suppose I'll get used to it, but thus far I am NOT a fan after spending $1,200 (with my country club's $300 discount)!!!! It's great, in theory, but in practice there are some real bugs -- especially going up and down slopes. Forget going sideways altogether.”

“Cart and accessories are great. Some maintenance required to keep wheels and axels properly cleaned and lubricated. Drink holder will break off if cart tips over on steep hill sides. I have added ankle weights in the bottom of my bag to minimize only weakness(tippage) I would comment about.”
