"I purchased a MK neck chain around August last year from a well known retailer. Few months later the clasp for it suddenly broke. \r\n\r\nI got the 'Michael Kors 14K Rose Gold-Plated Sterling Silver Cluster Necklace MKC1543BH791' (with matching ring) from the retailer. I loved the set so much that I looked for and bought matching earrings and slide bracelet from an online retailer.\r\n\r\nI contacted MK now about the broken clasp and let them know about the cheap quality of the clasp. \r\n\r\nMK responded by saying I did not buy from them or their authorised MK shops so nothing they can do about it\r\n\r\nI'm surprised by MK's response. They should be more concerned about the MK material quality. \r\n\r\nI also contacted shop I bought it from to let them know (waiting for their response). Based on this experience and cheap quality of product material, I'm never purchasing an MK product (not that this will matter to MK anyway)."
