Spent over $600.00, months ago, for 2 bags supposedly with big discount, received 1 dirty and "USED" reported it to the website where purchased, emailed them, chat (the worst service of all, chat does NOT work, spent a long time waiting for a chat, got in a chat, the woman had NO clue even how to type or care to help), emailed the corporate management office, NO one responded, NO one refund me, or cared to find out what happened, other than ignore that we pay for the products, do NOT waste your money on this name brand, as it is NOT worth your effort to try to do business with them, unfortunately they do not care about your business. Also, the tag in the used item I did get showed that the actual price for the item is 1/2 the price of the supposedly on sale price I paid, this is FRAUD -- and need to be reported to the Consumer Protection Agency, we as consumer can do something about it, do NOT buy their overpriced items, do not let them charge for something they did not deliver, and report fraud. Where is my refund of the item Michael Kors did NOT send?

STAY AWAY FROM M K PRODUCTS! I bought a wallet and purse at the MK store and spentvover $700 and the leather wallet started breaking down before a year was up. I started the warranty claim and was approved but for a very low dollar amount on a giftcard. It isn't even worth the trouble for what they give you compared to what you pay for their expensive products that don't even last! I recommend Coach as they last!!!!!!

Very disappointing. I bought MK purse online & it was a defective piece. Since I bought online I didn't had the paper receipt so when I went to return the bag at Crabtree valley mall they sent me back to come back with paper receipt. so my husband took the paper receipt & went again to return it. This time they said you have a different card so my husband said this is the 2nd time I am coming its very disappointing to see how badly this is being taken care of then they took it back. So I would suggest not to buy online. very poor customer service & bad piece.

I purchased 2 pairs of shoes for my mum on Michael kors global. I purchased a pair of Porter Suede Boot size 40 and a pair of Gideon Logo Tape Faux Leather Mules size 40, which Ib paid nearly $800 for. I was disappointed to receive a pair of white sneakers by DHL. I have been trying to get them to send me the correct order to no avail. They keep sending us very generic responds with no proper outcome. You can see the shoes that I have received. This is appalling for such a big brand to do this to its customers.

Terrible customer service. why are you accepting orders If you can't deliver the right product? I purchased two items online last week but received the wrong items. I have no time to return them and then engage on the phone. All I say is that I will not be purchasing Michael Kors products online, delivering the wrong products is cheating and you did it purposely, it's no mistake. AR Mississauga

This company return policy if awful. They are rude and no help. I've ordered several items from the company, and I am so disappointed and heartbroken. I will continue to send poor reviews until this matter is resolved.

BEWARE! I never imagine to receive poor expectation coming from a luxury store brand like Michael Kors in Georgia. This is an unpleasant experience receiving one shipment not gift wrapped. The shoe appeared dirty and poorly boxed. I am stunned and disappointed, especially when this is a gift. The next day arrive my other shipment and the second pair of shoe in the shoe box was poorly packed. Terrible! I did reach out about the first shipment with the attached photos to express my concerns and request a resolution. The form of compensation I received was the option for a ten-percent discount on the price and $5.00 refund on the gift wrap. The next day I receive my other shipment and the shoe in the box was also poorly boxed. I don't think I will continue to support Michael Kors brand, there's so much bad reviews, I should have paid attention.

If I can put a negative rating for this I will do that. Ordered a pair of loafers and I received damaged item. Why would they send a defetive one in the first place? Is there no quality control for MK items? Very disappointed. Responses to email takes forever. I will never ever buy MK products again.

Don't purchase from this company, after your 1 yr warranty is up they no longer help you get your item fixed or replace. Send they have have no pride in the product they sale. I've tried leaving a puc but it will not accept it.

I bought few things from Michael Kors. Everything else S fine but shoe doesn’t fit me so I decided to get exchanged.their policy for returning says 90 days and I ordered 12-26-2022 and arrived after 3 weeks now they refused to return. I was hoping to try stand for what they say.

Do not order jewellery from Michael Kors -the item was faulty and they refused to repair. They have messed us around for months. The item was expensive and we do not have anything to show for it.

Michael kors products is junk. Got a 400 dollars purse and the zipper broke in 3 months. Also got a watch and you have to replace the battery every two to three weeks. This is a true review. Don't waste your money

It is the second time when I tried to order a product from Michael Kors Outlet Japan, and after spending hours finding some nice items and being excited to receive them, instead, I get an email from Customer Service saying that I cannot pay with a card that is not under my name. B....t! It is the first time in my life that an online store cancels my order just because I paid with my husband's card and the card is not under my name! But what if I want to pay with my company card, I cannot do this either. This is ridiculous! I don't know if this is only in Japan, but Michael Kors needs to do something about it. Terrible experience, they just lost a good client, as I was a big fan!

Still trying to find out where my delivery is. I paid for express next day delivery however MK is passing the buck to UPS! It is very likely that I will never be buying from Michael Kors again as the delivery process is just complete shambles and no one seems to have correct up to date info!

I’m really disappointed with my recent experience with Michael Kors. I placed an order that was marked as “delivered” by the carrier, but I never received the package. I reached out to customer support hoping for help, but instead of investigating further or offering a solution, they simply pointed to the tracking information and said there was nothing more they could do. Despite explaining that I had checked around my property and with neighbors, and that the package is genuinely missing, they refused to take any responsibility or offer assistance. For a brand of this caliber, I expected better customer service and a more thoughtful resolution process. This experience has left me extremely frustrated and has made me reconsider shopping with Michael Kors in the future. Very disappointed.

I ordered an item for Christmas, but it needed to be returned. MK arranged the return through a parcel service, but the item went missing. Despite organising the return themselves, MK blamed me for the loss and refused to issue a refund since they hadn’t received the item back. Their customer service was painfully slow to respond, and their website lacks any clear terms and conditions regarding lost returns. It’s also apparent they don’t have insurance in place for collections they arrange. I would strongly advise avoiding this company, especially for online purchases. Thankfully, I paid with AMEX, which covered me and refunded the money directly. As for the return, who knows what really happened—something seems suspicious.
