"I purchased a purse that was on sale and apparently all sales final sale. I was assured the warranty would still cover it. Upon carrying this bag I noticed the outside pocket had a cut on it. I contacted customer service, sent pictures and a copy of the receipt. They said more or less that it isn\u2019t their problem and I\u2019m out of luck! I\u2019m very disappointed and will not be spending any more of my money on their products. I do have several of their handbags! This is the last I will ever buy!!"
