14 emails regards refund. They have had the return for 2 weeks and still havent processed it.lie after lie.worst customer service team ever.2 orders both times severe issues.now want me to oay for items i have prooved they have had back

Placed an order, email received one item being dispatched, unable to track, received with no courier details. Remaining part of order now gone missing and items re-ordered, then get an email to say 1 item dispatched again no tracking details. Next day get a refund with no explanation. Called customer services who say order is being processed but cannot give any further details, can now see why getting so many negative reviews. Cannot get a straight answer as to what is happening and to call back again

Worst company to order through online. Repeatedly lied to by the customer service team, would not recommend! Happy to take your money but not actually deliver a product.

Complete waste of time do not use, spending time on the website, making payment, items are working thru store, day after agreed delivery, "we dont have then in stock" 2 days after payment on the day they are ment to be delivered, twice in a row now beyond useless

Wish I’d read these reviews before buying a pair of shorts from Millets. They didn’t have the size in the shop so they ordered them for me. They arrived fine but were still the wrong size so tried to return them via collect+ which cost me £3.99. That generates a return label which I took to my local shop but it wouldn’t work so had to contact every man and his dog to get another one which I did and then a few weeks on still no refund. Contacted them and they said I didn’t buy online so I explained the situation to them, then got email (after pestering them) to say it hadn’t been received in the warehouse. I will continue with this but what a joke of a process and company. Will never consider buying from them again

Don't waste your time using this company web site lets you order all the items saying many people have purchased this item , then you receive an email saying we are only sending you one of your items the others have been cancelled with no explanation, yet you can still go onto the web site and order the items . This the first ever review I have done against a company as the service is so poor .

I placed my order on the 25th August, after 2 weeks of waiting I contacted their customer support to be told that due to an IT issue that my order had not been processed and that they would chase the issue up to have it pushed through. Another week passes and I email again to be told that they can not give a time frame on how long this will take. After more time I called and was told to either cancel my order or try and leave it to the end of the week for an update. I called again on Monday 20th September and was told by customer service that they would chase this up and get back to me by the end of the day, they did not. I call today 21st September and am told that the order has been cancelled as the item is not longer in stock. As a gesture of goodwill they offer me free postage on my next item. Why would I order from this company again. I have had to continually chase them for update all the while they try and get me to cancel the order. Their gesture of goodwill is a joke after waiting since the 25th for my order. I would give lower then 1 star if I had the option.

Ordered hundreds of pounds of camping gear took all items back to the shop to return as no longer needed. Staff put through items via til, said it would be fine and the refund would be cleared in about 10 days . A month later still no refund via klarna > milletts, apparently there’s no evidence on their system proving I have returned my camping gear, and shock there’s no CCTV in the shop to prove I returned my items either, won’t order from millets again shocking. Lost my receipt also, staff never offered receipt to be emailed which I could of used for my return proof. I had to contact millets several times so unorganised.

Awful experience my first order got lost apparently the replacement is on its way but had no tracking info and no amount of phone calls seems to preduce any 2 weeks no items and no refund never again

Bought a pair of Peter Storm Boots. Failed dangerously at Altitude with a sole detaching. Hopeless response with 7 different advisors emailing to ask return to the nearest store .... 150 miles away ... in spite of photo. An ABSOLUTELY USELESS COMPANY Dr Peter Hilton.

I ordered and paid for the Garmin Instinct® Solar Edition Multi-Sport GPS Watch, but received, the garmin instinct with no solar. When I questioned this with Millets they responded with asking me to send photos, which I did. Following this they responded "I am so sorry to hear you have received the wrong item." "As this is the wrong item can you please return it back to us and we will give you a refund." The watch is being advertised and sold as something that they are not able to deliver. Such a shame that a large company like Millets operates in this way. Thankfully I did my research on this expensive item. I have returned the incorrect watch received, as it doesn't do the job that Millets said it does. They are refusing to replace the watch I received for the one I bought in good faith. I have reviewed the Garmin Instinct® Solar Edition Multi-Sport GPS Watch on Millets website, but they have not approved it. The reason that no one has reviewed this watch is because the watch advertised is incorrect. I normally only complete reviews when I am happy with an item or service. This is my first negative review, but necessary, as I am certain I'm not alone with the false advertising of this item. :-(

Millets are useless. Faulty product, ordered online. Was made to drive the 2 hour+ roundtrip to the store to return in person. Replacement ordered in store. Cancelled order by the time I returned home. Called customer service. Advised to wait until product in stock. Product in stock. Called customer service, can’t help. Need to do in store. Not acceptable, process refund. 3-5 days. Email half an hour later - refund cannot be processed. No remedy, no solution. Paid 700 for a tent, millets have my money and my tent with no solution. Bunch of cheating scammers.

My advice ; I wouldn't even begin to contemplate ordering anything online from Millets. On 2 occasions, plenty of messages and emails over 9 days stating they are doing their best to get my order to me. Perhaps in the first instance you should not be advertising goods as available and taking payment, when clearly they are not going to materialise. I have learnt my lesson and advise others to take heed. Customer service response totally inadequate and patronising.

Ordered double air mattress on line. They sent a single one. 13 emails exchanged between myself and several different customer service staff all working separately so none of them aware that others have sent emails. Finally sent link to return product, paid for postage to return and told they do not honour return postage fees. Still waiting for full refund for product and not offered complaints process when I asked for it. To be expected to pay return postage when millets sent me the wrong item is Shocking customer service.

Millets, as a company, is an absolute joke. Do not (under any circumstances) waste your hard earned money here! I'll explain why: (1) I ordered a pair of walking/hiking boots as my husband and I were climbing Snowdon. They price-matched them in store to the price Go Outdoors were charging for the exact same pair (even though Millets and Go Outdoors are owned by the same parent company). I paid and got my receipt. On receiving the order the warehouse/Head office did everything possible to not send me the boots as they didn't want to honour the price (despite offering a price match guarantee). After multiple calls to customer services, and trips into the store, Snowdon came and I had no boots!! (this was 6weeks after my order!) The store had to give me another pair just so I didn't have to climb Snowdon in slippers or flip-flops. (2) Ordered a Berghaus tent in store on 28/07/21 and got receipt. The store offered me a 'package deal' and, as above, I got a receipt, followed by a confirmation text and email. Two weeks later I chase customer services for delivery (as we are camping in Scotland in 4 weeks time) only to be told that they are not sending it as they choose to cancel it. So I have no tent. The customer service agent (Stan) was about as helpful as a chocolate teapot and did absolutely nothing to try and help me. Millets have a 100% failure record for honouring prices they sell at and/or supplying the goods. They are just an absolute waste of time, so please learn from my mistake and shop elsewhere! They are happy to promote all their deals, but they don't actually honour them. All you will get from Millets is hassle, stress and time wasted .... but no camping equipment. I would add, the staff in the store have been very helpful and polite and really tried to help me get my products. My review is based on the company ethos and attitude of HO/the warehouse.

Ordered a single blow up bed that after one night deflated and was obviously faulty. I live miles from a shop to return it to and on contacting customer service no pre paid label was offered. So I would have to return at my own expenses having already paid for posted to receive it. No guarantee that if I did return it I would be refunded for either delivery or return postage. Will not be using Millets again.

Appalling on line service ordered map in shop several texts it’s been prepared, there’s a hold up excuse after excuse rung them up given a load of nonsense. Arrived two weeks after being ordered My wife ordered some Merrels received texts, parcel is on its way, then another one to say it isn’t. It’s been 2 weeks now!! Millets shops are really good. Millets on line shop is truly appalling I will only shop in Millets high street stores. Avoid Millets on line store !!!!!

So.... The shops are open....I can go inside the store and browse for as long as I want.... But they are not doing click and collect (due to Covid said the shop assistant)....where I would be in and out of the store in 3 minutes 🤣🤣🤣 Comical organisation and their price match promise is worth jack s**t. Sent in a request, 5 days later and no response. In the meantime the original store has sold out of the item so will take 2-6 days to ship....and the price has increased (but still cheaper than Millets) My advice, if you see an item cheaper elsewhere, buy it ! Millets are just BS

3 times they have sold me product they dont have have to chase to be refunded i would never use them ever again they shouldnt be able to trade they brake so many retail laws
