Millets has let me down on two occasions. More than two weeks and still no order fulfilled. This is unacceptable and I won't be ordering from Millets again. Millets needs to emulate Amazon.

Bought a box of items off Millet's four months ago, items finally arrived all damaged. I returned them and have had a battle with them ever since in trying to get a refund. They are keen to no.hard you with advertisements but impossible to get a refund or proper response. SHOCKING COMPANY. DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR BUY FROM A REPUTABLE COMPANY SOMEWHERE ELSE.

I don't know where to start with this company. Never again in my life will.i order from you,disgusting customer service. Still no goods after 12.days and now its messed up my trip everything I ordered from other companies arrived safe and within 3 days of purchase. but had to be you let me down even tho I ordered from you before any of the others...what a mistake that was. I'm about to go thru the refund process because its an absolute joke of a company just want my money back now. Shop elsewhere don't use these they will leave you disappointed and won't care.one bit. This up coming trip is a mental health rebuild trip and you millets all you have done is cause unwanted and unnecessary stress and anxiety to myself so thanks very much for.letting us all down. Should be ashamed tbh all i see in these comments is distress for myself and plenty others. Never again not 1 penny will I spent with you.

Disgusting customer service and no product ever received. I spent £296.65 online with this company. Delivery time up to 10 day. No delivery after 12 days. I contacted customer service and was told my order was not forwarded by their computer to the warehouse. They offered a refund but I asked for them to ship my order ASAP, the advisor agreed that she would have this done.Another week, 10 days later and the goods had still not arrived. Again, I called customer service and was told my order had not been forwarded to the warehouse and would now not be forwarded to the warehouse as she had no means to do this. If I wanted the goods I would have to accept a refund and place another order online. Refund accepted as this was my only option. There is no way on earth I’d use this ridiculous and dreadful company or any of its associated companies ever again. What a waste of time, money and energy. PS: as a note, should I have chosen to re-order, the price is now higher. I shall make my purchase via a small independent that appreciates the business.

wish i had not used you- daughter going camping tomorrow-expected the that order wouldhave been delivered by now---looks like to late for her holiday - not impressed- sorry would not use you again - millettes has gone right down with their standards

Purchased a osprey poco LT from millets which was described as having a removable dribble pad, a integrated rain cover and an integrated mirror. None of these arrived with the carrier. Got no where with millets - they at flesh ignored my emails. Contacted osprey direct who could confirm this make of carrier does not come with a rain cover, removable dribble pad or mirror so millets are basically falsely advertising /selling the wrong product. Sent numerous emails to them and got no where - they literally said I could have ten percent of my next purchase. Why would I ever buy from them ever again.

So wish I had seen these reviews before ordering as my experience has been very similar. Ordered walking boots and camping equipment. Only the boots arrived. No response to email so called. Very laborious process with me having to call several times and fill in unwieldy paperwork. Eventually I have been promised a refund as now they are out of stock, leaving me without the camping equipment needed for a holiday. No apology. No compensation. No offer of an alternative. Not even a voucher for the future. No acknowledgement of the impact of us not having camping equipment for a holiday. They have put there will be a delay in refunding the money. So basically they have had my money in their back for over a month and I’ve had nothing but hassle for it. Won’t be using again.

Horrendous company to deal with. Took my money yet 4 weeks later claim they are still having issues "processing payment". Holding my money yet wont dispatch order. No one seems to take responsibility or know what they are doing. The one time I used them before item took over 2 weeks to arrive but was cheap, I shouldve learnt then. Terrible customer service. AVOID!

Absolutely terrible service! Ordered a mens berghaus top and received a women’s Peter North instead. 6 weeks later and still no refund, sending daily emails and calls and still nothing! Terrible customer service! I’ll be telling everyone to keep well clear of this mob! Awful company! I’d have given ‘0’ zero if there was one......

I ordered a gift card that arrived late and is faulty. I am currently on email 18 and it still isn't sorted. You have appalling customer service and I am having to use PayPal to get the £20 back. I would never recommend this store to anyone.

Ordered items online with promise to deliver in 8days but 8 days later no sign of the order, no tracking number or any suggestion that order has been dispatched. Every other day a dodgy text asking me for patience 🙄 I have tried to cancel the order firstly via phone call but was told they "can't cancel millets order" I then emailed customer service, instead just cancelling as per my request I received an unprofessional email begging me to give them more time to deliver the order!!! I then send another email telling them No!! to their suggestion and I haven't heard from them since !! AVOID AVOID!!!! I would give a zero star rating if I could!!

If I could give zero I would If I could give zero I would. Ordered 2 air beds - money taken but only one arrived. Box was bartered - clearly been returned. Number on website does not work ended up calling Blacks to get assistance who initially said could not return unless faulty. As guessed item was faulty. Company should be ashamed sending out items during COVID i this condition.

I don’t want to spend anymore time over the shambles that this company appears to be in. I will never trade with them again and am keeping my fingers crossed over a promised refund on non delivered goods. It is perhaps time that the Directors come clean with Trading Standards with their possible problems rather than go down the tubes as a consequence of poor customer service reports.

Absolutely dreadful experience from Millets. I ordered two hats for my husband who has recently had a grade 4 brain tumour removed. One item was delivered but not the size I ordered. The other item was not delivered and customer care could not tell me when delivery might be. I asked them to cancel the item as I was unhappy with Millets service. They asked me to return the wrong sized item which I went out of my way to do and that they would take care of everything else and issue a refund. I have email confirmation of this. I have now just had email notification that the other item I had cancelled has been dispatched and will be delivered. I have been on the phone to customer care again but they say they can't do anything about this and that I have to now also return the other item as well. This company is a shambles. I strongly suggest you shop elsewhere.

Absolutely shocking customer service. Millets sent me my item but it wasn’t the colour that I ordered, I contacted them to let them know and also to try and arrange an exchange. I was advised that they did not do exchanges and I should sent the item back to receive a refund. I spent around 4-5 days emailing back and forth to try and resolve the issue, it wasn’t my fault that their warehouse had sent the incorrect item and so I couldn’t understand why they weren’t able to offer an exchange on this occasion. Alongside emailing, I contacted them on Twitter but again nobody wanted to resolve the issue. I ended up having to call their customer helpline and was basically told that they wouldn’t exchange the item for me and that I needed to send it back if I wanted a refund. Also, if I was still interested in the item that I should order it again. The customer service agent called me by the wrong name on 6 occasions, it was funny the first time and I was able to laugh about it but it was actually very rude after that. He wasn’t listening to me, helping me or resolving my issue. I was sent an address label to return my item. I returned my item and left it over a week without hearing anything, upon checking my tracking information I discovered the parcel was delivered 2 days after it was posted. I contacted millets on Twitter to try and find out if I was going to get an exchange as requested or if they were refunding. (I had been told on several occasions they did not do exchanges but was advised on the phone that the warehouse may exchange it for me if they put a note on my account) They asked me to verify where I had sent the parcel as it had been returned to JD sports, I told them it was posted back with the address label they supplied. This was the last straw and I phoned to speak to somebody, I was on the phone for 20 minutes and got a refund. I will never shop with millets again.

My husband ordered a jacket for me for Christmas it was a present. He was told it was dispatched. But it never arrived. He has emailed millets constantly. And not got any further along he said he wanted a refund about a month ago and still hasn't received one. He's being fobbed off constantly and passed from one person to another all promising to sort it out and doing anything. We can't tell you how disgusted and disappointed we are with your company. We think we have been more than patience how long does it take to actually do a refund. Still waiting??? We will definitely not be recommending milliets to anybody. And suggest you get your act together. Your after service is diabolical. I have the same jacket to return when the shop opens because its to small. That will be interesting I brought that 16th December. From the shop. And told I would get full refund in the shop. Watch this space. Disgruntled costumers.

I ordered my items the middle of January 2021.I got in touch with customer service and was told there was a IT issue and that department was dealing with it. Still waiting for my order to be dispatched until a few days ago and I had an email to say that I was having a refund. I did not want the refund but the items that I ordered because the items was in the sales. I have sent an email and the customer service team just don't answer the questions that I have asked. The customer service For this company are absolutely rubbish. The company has had my payment since middle of January and had no intention of sending me my items. Do not order from this company!!!!!!
