DO NOT!! I REPEAT DO NOT ORDER WITH MILLETS!!!! I placed a £100 order!! That was NEVER SENT !! MILLETS customer service couldn’t have been more unhelpful both Erin & Chloe was a waste of space couldn’t tell me when I’d be getting my stuff and they decided to cancel the order barring in mind I just wanted my stuff that I had paid for the money has cleared my account!!! But off Chloe trots to cancel it THEN SHE TELLS ME she hasn’t an idea of IF OR WHEN I’d even get my money back!!! The absolute SCAMMERS!! Now having to go through my bank to get my money back and it’s put my hike in jeopardy THANKS MILLETS! NEVER WILL I EVER ORDER OR RECOMMEND MILLETS OR BLACKS TO ANYONE!! HOPE THEY GO BUST!!

Very poor service Made order for delivery. 2 items have still not arrived after 11 days and main item cancelled after waiting 10 days for it. Delivery stated 3-5 days

If you are thinking about buying a tent from millets - think again. I paid £1100 for a Berghaus tent that was faulty, and fair enough they offered to replace it and collect the faulty one. 2 weeks later I still have no tent as lost by DHL. DHL put fictitious updates on the system and Millets won’t do anything until 72 hours after the last update so you are left in limbo. Millets customer services take no ownership, their managers are too busy to take calls from dissatisfied customers. Ultimately the customer experience here is Millets have my money and have not supplied the goods and won’t find out why. Poor never again

Idiots take money for rucksack to then cancel and say none in stock... But get this will take 5 to fooking 7 dsys for my own money to be refunded 1st n ladt time i shop online with these of to go outdoors

Ordered a picnic table, but realised in just a few minutes that the dimensions stated were completely wrong. In fact they stated 3 different versions of dimensions. I called within 20 mins of making the order, to cancel, explaining the dimensions issue. I was told that the order wasn't on the system and was to ring back in about half an hour. I did and was told that the order had been shipped and could not be cancelled! I asked to speak to a manager and was refused. I was told the only solution was for me to return the item when it arrived. I told them that when I ended the phone call I intended to cancel the payment I'd made, luckily via paypal and that if they did not organise a cancellation immediately I would not be returning the item! I received a refund from PayPal within minutes of opening the dispute. I would NEVER order from them again!

Extremely poor customer service. Ordered on 7th May and still not received my parcel. Their delivery partner (Evri) are completely messing me around and lying about attempting delivery on THREE occasions, all of which when I’ve been in all day and no delivery has been attempted! I’ve even got a Ring doorbell so can prove the fact that they haven’t tried. Millets won’t issue me a refund and have ‘requested the parcel be returned to them’ however, in their words, this cannot be guaranteed!! I’m sorry, what am I supposed to do then?!?!

Placed an order for a stove and fuel, and then chased it up after a couple of weeks. '' Sorry, but it looks like they haven't got any, would you like a refund?'' Decided to wait, as its' a good deal! Phoned again 3 weeks later and spoke to a rep who I could barely hear due to background noise. Gave me a load of flannel about it not being on the system, IT team, blah blah blah. So I got a refund, thanks. If you believe the website, they are selling like hotcakes, but no reviews since March 15th. Funny that, I left a stinker but they only publish the good ones. That is very misleading. I will go elsewhere in future and suggest you do too.

Ordered Weber bbq but received lazy spa hot tub. Should have kept it cause it was £70 more but I wanted my steak grilled not boiled. Customer service were first class and arranged a pick up and re delivery asap.

*Buyer Beware* This company can’t deal with multiple orders, if you place an order then place another order afterwards, they will take the money for both orders and will then send you just the order you placed afterwards. Ignoring your previous order. Ignore your emails. If you are lucky enough to receive a box, It will be delivered by DHL, Who will leave it out in the rain for 8 hours at the back of your house, Where you are less likely to see it in December, Put a delivery card from Hermes through your door. Stick with Amazon, Lol.

Dreadful service. The whole process for reporting items missing in a delivery has barely concealed threats that strongly suggest they think you are lying. Will never, ever use again.

I order 2 camping chairs on 11th December. A week later when they hadn't arrived I sent them the usual "Where's my order" email only to be told they couldn't fulfill my order, but they still had my money. 3 weeks later and I am still trying to get a refund. Never would I use this company again and would recommend others to steer clear.

Cancelled half the order, with NO communication to advise this. BEWARE THEY WILL NOT OFFER REFUNDS ON DELIVERY EVEN IF THEY HAVE ONLY PARTIALLY FULFILLED YOUR ORDER AND YOU HAVE TO RE-ORDER!

My original order was cancelled but the store had failed to provide a refund. Customer service is poor. The staff pass the problem around and nobody takes ownership to resolve the issue. I am now going through the hassle of claiming with the bank to try and get my money back and because of that, I would not recommend using this business and if you do, approach with caution because if something goes wrong, you are on your own!

Returned goods to store. Got till receipt, and email to say goods returned. 2 weeks later, no refund. Millets denied goods returned. Say they can’t access system in store to check. Awful customer service. DO NOT use Millets. I have asked the operation’s director contact me. Seeing other reports on here, it is a clear systems breakdown. Millets must know there is a problem, but are oblivious to it.

Went to a Millets store, didn't have my size in stock, ordered it for me, took my money, told me 48 hours express delivery. So waiting a week later. Trying to deal with their customer services is like trying to bang your head against a wall. Awful company. Do not buy from this company

Purchased items on line, arrived all to small. Took them physically to a millets store and got a return slip for the 3 items on 30/09/21. Now 13/11/21 still awaiting full refund. Numerous calls to millets shop manager and millets cust services. They listen but do not hear. They say they will action but dont. My advise is DO NOT PURCHASE ONLINE FROM MILLETS, GO TO A MILLETS SHOP, at least then you can take it back to the shop and get an immediate refund. Total waste of time trying to talk to these people you have more chance of teaching your cat to handstand than get any sense from these people.

Shocking customer services!! Will not order from this company again! Ordered a pair of The North Face Shorts as a birthday present. Due to picking error at their warehouse (picked large instead if medium) I had to pay for parking, petrol and time for shop to announce they could not order replacement although they are part of the group they could not order from Millets for correct item to be sent! WHY??? Although the guys from the Lancaster branch of Ultimate Outdoors were amazing and went the extra mile, unfortunately being part of the group did not do them justice in resolving the small error of the picking problem. Why could they not reorder the correct size and have correct size resent?? You would think a huge company like this would resolve a small error (NOT MY FAULT, I MIGHT ADD!) and sort out and send the correct item. Not to be the case...I would have to reorder and pay the extra cost of shipping!! Not happy!! Really thought you were a reputable company obviously I was wrong!! unhappy customer who will not use you again!! I AWAIT MY REFUND!!

Placed order , item in stock, they debited the money from my account , then I get a message to say good news your item is making its way through the warehouse , then 5 days later I get an email to say my order has been cancelled due to item no longer in stock!! I still haven’t had my refund!! Not happy I could if sourced my item elsewhere they should not be taking the money until the item is dispatched!
