On Black Friday I ordered a t shirt which I thought was a great bargain! However 5 days had past and still no email or sign of arrival, messaged their customer services who were pretty helpful in telling me the order didn't go through- even though on my order history it says it's there. Won't be buying from them again.

Misguided is not a place to spend your money unless you don't mind waiting two months for a refund! They also have a tendency of sending incorrect and damaged items to the consumer! Unlike most reputable companies they would much rather go back and forth with you and give you a solid run around as opposed to being professional and solving the issue immediately! When you email them they will continually ask you for information that you've already submitted in order to buy time! After all of their wrong doings I continue to give them a chance but because I've reported a $600.00 claim to PayPal because they claimed they didn't receive it when I have confirmation that they did, they revoked my student discount!! Any company with a reputable name and in good standing would humble themselves and reach out to the customer to rectify their situation but not missguided! I will continue to shop ASOS who is courteous, professional, upstanding and appreciative of my business!! You can stay petty and keep my student discount deactivated because that is reflective of your professionalism!!

Ordered over 2 weeks ago, didn't receive 2 of my items, asked about this & was told they would despatch them. A week later still no despatch email, so asked about this to be told the courier had lost it (even though they clearly hadn't despatched it) and that they would redespatch. Then a few days later received an email saying they hadn't got my items in stock! If they had despatched the iteams properly the first time I wouldn't have been disappointed and unable to receive the items I had ordered! And to top it off they wouldn't even respond to my messages when I asked to make a formal complaint!

Placed an order over a week ago. Had an email to say despatched but the courier hasn't even received it! Had no response from any messages through facebook, twitter or email and nobodu responds on live chat! Never ordering from here again.

Went to Nordstrom & ordered a 93$ bomber jacket. It's been almost 2 weeks! You would think they would want too please their customers, since their clothes arn't the cheapest.

Ordered from them uk site twice and the quality of clothing has been terrible. My jumper doesn't even look like the one I ordered; only similarity being that it's white but it's definitely not the same as the model was wearing. Won't be ordering again.

£40 down the drain !Do not order from missguided. Returned my coat with their own tracking number only to be told it cant be traced and the tracking number is invalid. I've seen other people here had the same problem surly we can do something about this

First they take forever and a day to send you any conformation. Second, they send a tracking number that isn't even valid. It sends me to a link that says USPS is going to deliver, but when I look up the tracking number, it doesn't even exist. It's extremely frustrating and inconvenient for me and all of there customers. I'm completely dissatisfied and will NOT be ordering anymore, I rather take my business elsewhere and get a correct tracking number, consistent emails and better customers service!

Terrible customer service... change promo codes and what is included in the sale by using tricky wording... also the quality of the clothes isn't worth getting it at the full price. What a shame.

I ordered a pair of shoes and dress for my upcoming holiday party. I placed the orders on 11/13/2016 and today is the 22nd but I have not received my package. I also tried the online chat and I wasn't able to reach anyone to track my package. My order number means nothing because its not working. I am so disappointed that I cannot talk to anyone and I cannot track my package. It would never orderfrom this company again...

DO NOT ORDER FROM Missguided I placed an order on 10/10/16 paid for express shipping Missguided took the $ out the next day got an email saying my order was placed and stand by for a comformation email with the tracking # it's now 11/19/16 I'm still waiting on that email and my dress I'm so sick of this company everytime u email them they send a response saying they r busy and they will get back to u..... I'm still Waiting they TOOK MY MONEY and NO DRESS save urself the trouble DO NOT SHOP HERE

I ordered a dress on October the 8th but had it returned by October the 21st. I have been waiting since October to get a refund from this terrible scam of a company! It is not mid-late November. I have done returns to the UK with a company like ASOS and got my money back within a reasonable amount of time (within 1 week)! I am based in the US. To add insult to injury they wrote an e-mail saying that I will get a refund within 48 hours and had to write them over 2 times again telling them that the 48 hour period has passed. Are you kidding me? If you look on the Facebook page or other review websites you will see that countless other women have been robbed of their money and time. But what goes around comes around the money these people have stolen will be deducted from them 100x and they will be shut down!

SAVE YOURSELF AND SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE. I placed an order on 9/9, and hours later, Missguided puts up a sale for 30% off. I email customer service to try and cancel my order so that I can place another order. CRICKETS - NO RESPONSE WHATSOEVER from that email, even until this day. Believing that nothing would go wrong, as this is my first experience with Missguided, I placed a second order of the same items, same color, same size. So that I could return the first order and bite the cost of shipping the items back to Missguided. I speak to a representative on 9/29 because Missguided refunded the entire order on my second order and not my first. He assured that I would receive my entire refund (as I wanted to return another item on my second order). I speak to another representative again today, because the refund was not the correct amount that I should have received. The rep today is telling me that the original rep told me mistakenly that he would return the correct amount to me. They are basically trying to make me take a loss of $36 on money I spent on their company and provided no solution in refunding my money. I will never shop here again. I will tell everyone I know to never shop here again. I will post on their social media platforms to prevent others from purchasing from Missguided.

I ordered a dress which was £28 and I was very dissapointed when I received my delivery as part of the dress had been attached back to front. Also the quality is not very good for the price of the dress
