“I don't usually spend my time by writing reviews but this time I got so frustrated that I have to do so .I am shopping online for the last 10 years and more and the experience I had with Missguided was HORRIBLE. The products shown on their pictures have nothing to do with the real products they are sending you. It's amazing how audacity they show. I 've ordered a satin dress , which the fabric was stretchy ,see through and not satin for sure. The stitches were obvious also from the front side of the dress. The fabric and material was so cheap, that for sure you could't wear it anywhere and it also had 'puff' sleeves that were falling down and couln't hold their 'puff' shape as the fabric was so thin . It was a disaster and believe me , that dress didn't worth even 1 euro. It was ridiculous.. It was way far of how it looked in the pictures. Even if you buy from a Chinese website , the quality is nicer. At first , when I received my order I thought it was a joke (but no).. After sharing my bad experience , they contacted me via email and offered my the solution of 'RETURN'. wow... I think all online stores have this policy of returning products that you don't like. However I paid initially 8 euros shipping and now I will arrange to pay the courier and none of these shipping costs will be refunded back to me,. Very kind of them. I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS SITE FOR ONLINE SHOPPING.”

“Very disappointed with my last order. It's been a while since my last order on Missguided and maybe quality has changed. I bought one skirt and a supposed 'satin' dress. The skirt was too big (inaccurate sizes - I am EU36 and bought EU34) and also the quality was so cheap. It was only one layer of fabric and nothing else. Also the satin dress as described and as shown on the website, was made of a very cheap fabric material, for sure wasn't satin (don't know even what was it), it was see through and stretchy. I am obsessed with satin fabric and I am sure how it looks like. Both of the items I've purchased were on sale , however believe me even with the low prices it didn't worth the buy. The quality was so bad and cheap , that you can't wear them. It was so disappointing.It's just loss of money. I had Missguided on my fav online stores , however after such experience I will not buy from there ever again. The info and the photos on the website are misleading and untrue. this is immoral in my opinion. The products I bought are: -Tall Mint Co Ord Double Split Mini Skirt -Black Satin Puff Sleeve Ruched Mini Dress I recommend not to buy them as there aren't as shown and as described on the website . Furthermore, just fyi there is no review/feedback section on their website in order to review your purchases ( and now I understand why). Also they don't respond on their contact addresses.”

“I purchased the Tan Oversized Joggers in size 4. It doesn’t look anything like in the pictures. I’ve never bought something from the site until now and all I have to say is WOW. The quality of the product is TERRIBLE, the material is SEE THROUGH PLUS it took FOREVER to arrive and for what? I threw the product in the trash right away. Don’t buy anything from them.”

“They list better quality materials on the website, but the actual item you get has different materials and looks nothing like tha picture. You also have to pay for returns.”

“Been over a month since I placed my order and still hasn’t arrived. I messaged customer service and all I got was an $8 credit back for shipping. Still haven’t received the package”

“Package took a month to arrive, and customer support was not helpful at all. Clothing was poor quality so had to return and spend an extra $8 to return. So basically I’m out of pocket money for a horrible experience and no clothes. Will never order from them again.”

“This was an absolutely horrible experience and I will never be shopping here again. The package took about three weeks to come in even though it said 4-8 business days. When my clothes came in, the packaging was very dirty and smelled weird. The clothing smelled even worse. The fabric was absolutely horrible and looked NOTHING like the picture. They even got my sizes wrong in both pieces of clothing. The sweatpants that I ordered were baggy and just looked bad overall. Honestly, shopping at shein is way better in my opinion.”

“garbage. in every order they send something defective and once even the wrong item. they keep marking the value of their products wrong which then forced me to pay duties on their garbage items - what do they do for compensation ? codes that don't work! their customer service is useless, they leave you waiting for long minutes for nothing - they have no empathy and don't even try to help. even though fashion nova doesn't refund like they do - you get your moneys worth.. do not shop misguided.”

“My order was automatically refunded because the items I ordered were out of stock, then why didn’t it say this when I was putting it into my basket and now after I’ve paid, missguided desktop need to update their website and availability of items, I’m really annoyed”

“I have used miss guided a few times now, every time I have paid for next day delivery and have received 2-3 days later (One occasion over a week late) the clothes have been damaged... little wholes, threading loose and unthreading, wrong items in my delivery. I order from many online clothing sites and am never disappointed every time I shop there, the odd occasion is bound to happen but miss guided fail every time. At this time they need should be upping the game.”

“I order regularly from Missguided however I will not be using them again. The worst customer service ever !! I am requesting so much about sent my money back to ANOTHER ACCOUNT and they CANT DO IT !! They requested about some ARN number which you are not able to find even anywhere!! How hard it must be to send another account number?! I really don’t understand it.. They just want to make complicated for you!!”

“Ordered a cardigan delivery was fine when i tried on looked like it had been worn before as it was bobbly around sleeves like most knitwear gets as you wear it and smelt like someone's perfume on it uhhh also i noticed the tag was not even secure so just fell of as i opened it. Never gonna order from this website again it was my first and defo my last. Please quality check your cloths when returned by other customers and don't pass on to other new customers.”
