I am never ordering from this website again they have the worst customer service. Not only can I not track my order cause apparently they "can't" find it but also it wasn't ordered from my account in the first place? How do they know that if they say there not able to find my order? It's such a waste of my money and time and I will make sure I will warn everyone against this horrendous website

Never order from Missguided They use a rubbish courier service yodel who never deliver on time even when you pay premium next day delivery fees - I got sent a two hour slot and then another two hour slot because the driver couldn’t find a big house?! I got told there was a calling left which there wasn’t - the driver couldn’t be bothered to do the delivery basically - always shop PLT or oh miss polly, ASOS... great services

I order regularly from Missguided however I will not be using them again. Ordered a few Christmas presents and I needed to return one however they don’t extend their return policy for the Christmas period and I stuck with poor quality items.

I am really disappointed in the service I received from Missguided over Christmas. I have been a very regular customer since they opened years ago and can honestly say I will never make a purchase with them again. I made several orders over Christmas, only one arrived on time and correctly. The items I received were very, very hit and miss. Some really poor quality, some nice but then when I washed one of the nice items (as instructed) it went funny. I wasn't too bothered about this and would not have made a complaint. However... To add insult to injury, the company does not offer a Christmas returns policy. So items I purchased at the beginning of December are no longer valid for return. This is not common practice in retail. I made quite a large order in good faith that I would not have any issues making a return. Only to now be stuck with the items. I contacted Missguided on live chat to discuss this and the assistant did not care.

Absolutely disgusted with this company. Bought my wife some boots for Christmas and obviously bought in early December. Wrong size and wanted to exchange AND purchase something extra and guess what ?? ..... it’s out side their 14 days return policy. !!! 14 DAYS... no consideration for the Christmas period. AVOID THIS INCONSIDERATE COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE.

I have just been informed via web chat that I cannot return some jeans that were bought as a christmas present as it is outside the 28 returns policy, which actually wasn't made clear at the point of sale. I bought them early to ensure that I received them and could nt have returned them because I've been away - this is completely unacceptable. This was the first time of ordering via Missguided and will be the last. Most notable and reputable retailers extend the returns policy over the christmas period to allow for gifts to be returned

Worst clothing seller ever....Their customer service is nonexistent. Not even an apology for sendig me a very bad condition used pair of jeans as new ... customer service is appalling and horrendous. Had to waste 1 hour to travel to the nearest drop off centre  for return. Never again..... EditDelete Share

I ordered joggers jeans and a sweater dress. I was so exited for them to arrive however the sweater dress never came and was out of stock when I talked to the customer service team (I didn’t receive any contact regarding this out of stock issue) when I ordered there was a deal for 30 percent off for students however I had to re order the sweater dress and only got 15 percent off so I contacted the team and they refunded me 10 percent and not the extra 5 percent. I ended up taking the jeans back because they were terrible quality they felt like paper and the joggers I walked them at first took the tag off and left them in my wardrobe unaware of any issues I took them out to wear and when I tried them on the the first time the material was obviously awful and started to bobble inside they legs and the whole upper leg I contacted the customer service and told me to send it back but I had lost the tag but sent it back with a note inside! Please Dave your money time because the quality doesn’t match the price in the slightest !!!!!!

I tried to order one jacket. I tried to pay it three times and every single time it said that the payment was succesful but yet no money was taken from my bank account and I didn’t get any confirmation about the payment to my email. I also messaged them on the online chat and they said that just try again... i think it’s not cool that I want to buy something and it’s impossible to pay it. I GIVE UP!

I ordered some stuff and paid for next day delivery. The next day I was waiting the whole day for the order to come and it didn't. I am really dissapointed because I paid the money for next day delivery and then they don't even send it.

Terrible customer service, has issues with returns and they did not help at all. Said I needed to work with the courier and didn’t offer any resolution. Paid for returns and I wasn’t even able to send them back as the label they provided would not work. Quality of clothes is also terrible. Don’t waste your time ordering from them

I placed an order for £149 and then noticed that the size of one of the items was wrong. I “live chatted” them to ask what I should do and the lady ( who called herself Anna) said it’s no problem, I have cancelled that order for you, just go ahead and redo the order. So I did , and low and behold the next day 2 packages arrived and misguided took 2 lots of £149 out of my account. So I thought, it’s ok I will just return the duplicate order and get a refund. I did this and now misguided say that that their warehouse staff say there were only 3 items in the package I returned so are unable to refund me my money , only issue me with a credit note. What a con! I will never buy from this company again, and don’t advise anyone to do business with them because they just lie to you. There is no telephone number for you to ring, to speak to or reason with a human being. Very frustrating.

I paid next day delivery for an item that came two days late and when I returned it I didn’t get the money I paid for delivery. They are honestly so greedy. The item was too small.

Paid for next day evening delivery and it turned up during the day when I was at work. Said my parcel was delivered but there was no note left and not one of my neighbours has it.

Clothes quality so poor. Doesn't feel good when sweaty dancing. And rips, guaranteed wadrobe malfunction so much for dance no sleep rave repeat. Throw away culture. Might as well sew your own you don't have to be competent at sewing to find a better quality shirt you don't use and make it nicer. Last longer, looks nicer and cheaper. I scrolled for their adverts and fashion take inspiration and make my own. I wouldn't even buy missguided in a charity shop it's still too expensive for what is tissue paper and air.
