“i loved it. i was really shocked about how many bad reviews are about that web site but i decided to order anyways. i chose a preety nude dress with 5-8 days delivery in europe. i ordered it on saturday and got it on wednesday. the dress looks even prettier in person. its really good quality. you deserve more than 5 stars <3 thank you MISSGUIDED it is amazing thank you a bilion times <3”

“I don't usually write reviews, however after reading the bad reviews for missguided I thought i should rate my experience. Overall the delivery was fast, I ordered on Friday and the item arrived on Tuesday. I hadn't selected next day delivery, so I was expecting it 3-5 days from the date of ordering. The item it's self is true to size and looks great on. I was a little apprehensive about ordering from here due to all the negative comments, however I decided to risk it as the item I was purchasing had 50% off! Anyway, I'm glad I did as the item is what I was expecting.”

“I always order my clothing next day delivery and without fail the clothes have arrived the next day, Love everything i order everything always fits perfectly and is such reasonable priced so you can look stylish even on a budget.... Missguided <3”

“Ordered my items on Sunday 01/10/2016 got them Tuesday 01/12/2016. They were just as it shows on the web site . Very happy good costumer service . Try for your self. I saw some of the bad reviews but I can say with confidence that I had a great experience.”

“After reading so many poor reviews about Missguided I must confess I was very skeptical about ordering anything. But all the products seemed so nice that I decided to go forward with my first order. And thank God I did! I love everything single piece I have ordered and I am already on my 7th order and counting! Also, I must say that I am very picky when it comes to selecting the idems I purchase, I always consider the type of fabric and fit, so I won't get dissapointed and so far so good! Regarding delivery time, all my orders have arrived within time but then again I have never ordered next day delivery. I have to say they're my new favourite and go-to brand!”

“Ok to begin with, I honestly don't understand why there are so many negative reviews on Missguided. Honestly so far I have ordered twice off them and I've been impressed both times. I ordered a duster coat for my first order which said it would come 5-7 working days but to my surprise it came in 4 days and the quality of the coat was fabulous. Now for my second order l, I ordered a long wool coat and I'm absolutely amazed by the quality of this coat. I feel like spending £70.00 on such a great quality coat is totally worth it. Obviously with my second order I was told that I would get next day delivery seeing as it was over £60 and it genuinely came the next day...like wow. After reading so many negative reviews I thought I had made a mistake by ordering off them but honestly Iv been impressed with both items and I will definitely be ordering from them again...thank you soooooooo much Missguided!!!!!!!!”

“Missguided clothing is super good quality and the sizes were perfect fitting for me ! i see there has been alot of negative reviews but i have only experienced the good! They had good service! Sent me the tracking number and kept me updated with shipping right away! When the order came everything was all the right sizes and exactly what i ordered all packaged NEATLY in a plastic wrap around! Id definately be ordering from them again !”

“Wow, do I love missguided. I am from the U.S. And I had a minor issue in which I contacted missguided via email. An immediate response was issued and I couldn't be more happier. Thank you so much, missguided. Not to mention their clothes! Ugh, so flawless. Happy shopping!”

“Misguided is hands down has the best customer service. I ordered a eyelash dress in size 6 UK and they sent me a 16 by accident. When i quickly wrote to their customer service stating what happened and how I already paid for the customs tax. They assured me since it was their mistake that they will credit me for sending it back as well as credit my customs tax. With more mistakes from their end they ended up sending refunding my money and further crediting me for my taxes and return mail. Most company's overseas I find don't care much bout customer service but Misguided is one shop that I'll continue to be loyal too!”

“I bought a long floral dress from here very recently. The dress is beautiful and the size is almost perfect, which is rare considering I'm a very petite size. It came after 4 days which was within the expected time, so I have no complaints there. Overall my experience with Missguided has been marvellous!”

“I ve ordered an items from Missguided...after all the reviews I ve read was reeeaaaalllyyy worried cause there was not a single positive review. I maybe was the lucky one but as I ve paid for the next day delivery, I really got it, the item was ok....not that bad...anyway...i ve sent it back for the refund and within a 3days received an email the item is back in a warehouse and 2 days later another email, my refund will appear in my account within a 3-5days....i don t think it s such a bad service..i was really surprised after all the bad reviews....but as I said. Maybe it s just about the luck.....anyway 5* for Missguided...so...good luck to everyone!!!”
