“I bought three faux suede jackets. In colours mustard, khaki and berry. The berry jacket was in the sale at 25 pounds. The other two were full price at 40 pounds each. The delivery was excellent. I ordered them Friday morning. They arrived next morning. They are all in perfect condition and look beautiful. Yes the material is on the thin size but for the price I think they are brilliant. I was looking at 90 pounds for ONE real suede jacket on another website. If you want real suede then pay top dollar for it and stop complaining when you get a great compromise! Also there were some complaints about the colour of the berry jacket in other reviews. People said it was dark pink. Mine is a beautiful berry colour. I don't yet know about any colour transfer as haven't wore yet but I wouldn't be so daft as to wear white u set a berry jacket anyway! These jackets have the wow factor. I am a small size six and yes it could have gone a little smaller but they are still s nicefit and I can't wait to wear them this spring!! On another note I wanted to do my review on the actual reviews for the jacket but could not see any directions on how to do so! Please make this easier Misguided!”

“Ordered a new coat with the offer they had on at the weekend for 50% off everything!!! Ordered a size 6 as that's the only size they had left I'd usually go for an 8 but I wanted this coat. Had doubts about when it arrived thinking it'd be too small or look totally different to the picture and couldn't believe the offer either!! .. It arrived and it is perrrrfect! Glad I ordered the size 6 as it's very roomy. Lovely coat and quick delivery. Very happy :) first time on misguided and will definitely be returning !! :) :) :)”

“I ordered 2 dresses which came next day. They were both gorgeous but unsuitable for me. The return procedure was very easy (and free) and was refunded within a couple of days. Very impressed with customer service ????”

“I ordered a pair of shoes total cost was 19.99 the shoes weren't suitable and had to b returned they took 6.50 off so we got 13.50 returned that's postage to receive the item and postage to return it. A disgrace”

“I went online to look at reviews, checking if its safe- that sort of thing. Pretty much, I figured that usually people who are very happy with their purchases don't think to review the shop, so I took a chance and am very happy I did! I was surprised that it came in a week, material was great, looked just like the picture- despite the bad reviews. It seems quite legitimate with their brand's model being Pamela Anderson. I'll be purchasing from there again; but if you're worried still, being cautious never hurt anyone.”

“So I decided to buy some really cute heels on the Missguided website without having read the reviews, after 2-3 days had passed and I had not been sent my shipping code I started to panic so I decided to check the reviews out! The reviews were scary and I totally panicked! I though I was going to lose my money and I wouldn't get the cute shoes that I really liked!:( I decided to stop stressing and wait until the 8 delivery days had passed so I did and on the seventh day I received my beautiful shoes! Although I ordered an 8 I got a 6 from Missguided which I'm totally fine with because it fit to perfection! Although it has a bad reputation I think that all of you who are panicking should calm down and wait for the full 8 days to pass by! After that I would panic the heck out too! I did love Great quality of the shoes!”
