“Where do I start???? 1. No matter how busy this store is, the staff are ALWAYS ready to greet you and help you out with any questions you may have! 2. The quality of Fusion is amazing! As a tradie, I drop my phone numerous amount of times on job sites. I’ve tried tradie ‘tough’ cases and they are so cumbersome and annoying and replacing those cases are pricey! Not to mention how much I’ve spent replacing the screen or backing! After upgrading my phone in 2019 I thought I might as well try Mobile Outfitters. And Gosh am I impressed! Which leads me to… 3. Lifetime replacements! After having the fusion protection I have replaced my bumper only once in the two years and my screen and back of my iPhone has NEVER cracked. But with those drops it does take a toll on the bumper case and replacing that is no issue. This time I upgraded my phone the FIRST thing I did was take it to Mobile Outfitters to do their thing because I can’t trust any other case and screen protectors! I highly recommend wrapping your phone and getting the bumper cases as these products are MAGIC. Thanks again to Michelle and her wonderful team in Fountain Gate!”

“I have been using the Mobile Outfitters screen protector from a very long time and I love it. But today I went to change my screen protect for my Samsung S21 Ultra at Sharjah City Centre branch, and he did not install it properly, and when I asked him to correct it as it had bubbles and was not properly installed. I requested him to reinstall the protector but he refused, argued, and misbehaved with me. He told me his name as Mr. Jensen, was a Philipine national. I am not sure if his name is right or no, as he was not wearing any name badge or something. This was my first and worst experience with Mobile Outfitters.”

“The clear coat has a wavy pattern when looking at the screen under the light. Also it's not very smooth when swiping across the screen. You can feel the friction, you can feel that your finger is getting held back by friction. This is an issue in the quality of material used and first happened to me around couple of years ago with my first purchase, and now still the same with my latest purchase. Strange that no one is paying attention and enhancing the product which is considered very premium and expensive.”
