“Ref.: Muscat Grand Mall 9445 5765 CR# 102060, Sultanate of Oman I have fully protected my iPhone XR on 01/05/2019 and recently the ring bumper was broken and the front protector showing signals of use. I went yesterday (3 Nov 2021) to the same shop (360 @ MGM in Muscat, Oman) to replace the front clear protector who was changed however at the bottom right side left a minor detail and later on the same day the start/stop button deactivated. I looked to other phone dealer last night and the technican fixed the button for OMR 5.000 This morning I went again to buy a new bumper protector under the "Liftime Replacement" agreement; however this was no honer because I didn't bring the 'old one' that I discarded because was broken. “I bought a new Samsung S21 ultra and was recommended by my friend to protect this with Mobile outfitters. I am so happy that I did it. I would have dropped my phone atleast 10 times in the last 7 months and it looks brand new. I fixed a finger holder in the back. However that didn't work well and the ring came off. I was trying to pull that one but it didn't come. I took it to Mobile Outfitters and they changed the cover with a new one at no cost. Now I am able to use wireless chargers also. This is a great product, add no additional weight to your phone (unlike some bulky covers), elegant, durable and you get great service.”
