“I bought a new Samsung S21 ultra and was recommended by my friend to protect this with Mobile outfitters. I am so happy that I did it. I would have dropped my phone atleast 10 times in the last 7 months and it looks brand new. I fixed a finger holder in the back. However that didn't work well and the ring came off. I was trying to pull that one but it didn't come. I took it to Mobile Outfitters and they changed the cover with a new one at no cost. Now I am able to use wireless chargers also. This is a great product, add no additional weight to your phone (unlike some bulky covers), elegant, durable and you get great service.”

“They applied a normal 360° protection and on the second day it started to peel of, I didn't knew the quality was this bad otherwise I wouldn't have spent 180AED on just a useless lamination which peels of automatically. I would suggest everyone that not to get in this kind of scam.”

“I got fusion clear screen protector from Conestoga mall branch, Kitchener, ON, Canada. There were two employees working there and they took over an hour and like 5-6 attempt to apply the protector. Mind you they only had one other customer there. Anyway, after waiting over an hour I was handed the my iPhone and the bill was around 50 CAD. When I checked the phone next day, there are so many air bubbles in the screen. I called the kiosk and they offered to replace the protector. But I don't want to waste another hour or so and get bubbles again the next day and get it placed again. I have been using phones with screen protector over 5-6 years now and yet I haven't had such an awful service for a such expansive service ever.. Is it possible to get a refund? Thanks.”
