“The screen protector does a gd job but what really bugs me is the protector itself as it doesnt really fit well as there's a gap above the punch hole, meaning its doesnt mimic the screen/exact size”

“It might be good protection for the screen, but it I dont like the look of the screen, so I think I will remove the one on the screen, and just use the one on the backside.”

“Told them the screen protector needed to be bigger when screen protector was purchased, they said it would be fine. Phone still shatted and wanted $200 to replace screen and still wanted $5 dollars for the second screen protector. Was told first replacement is free. Lies”

“A saler person named harees in deira city center dubai. I went to change my protector including my previous one. That sales person harees wants to say i bought a 13pro protector and want to claim my warranty for 14pro. If like that what is the system for? I told him i changed it from sahara center outlet and he is saying me to go there and check record from them. If you keep sales person like this and your service is like this there is no use of taking your service.”

“I dropped my new phone. I took it to the Selinsgrove office. It looked like my screen was cracked. Jeremy reassured me it was only the protector that was cracked . He replaced the screen guard and offered me a life time warranty. Also his co-worker was very helpful.”

“Chennai store is a cheater, now they have stopped giving replacements, I have visited EA mall 4-5 times, every time they tell that the product is out of stock. I have paid 4.5k for a skin and which got removed in 2 months and now the unprofessional store in EA Chennai mall is not replacing it. Highly unprofessional”

“I have been approaching Mobile Outfitters India Team on mail since May 15th with a request. But they are not keen even to respond a line to the mail. I am not going to be averse if you do not accept the request which is secondary, primarily a customer expects a line of reply as a courtesy. Am really disappointed. Update : 25/05/2023 There was some confusion in regard to the mail ID on which details were sent and hence the issue had not reached their desk. But once it was brought up the whole team had ensured my issue was resolved within hours. Glad to see Team @ Mobile Outfitters are very understanding and quite helpful. Best Wishes...”

“It was my first time with fusion coating, from virgin megastore Vendom mall, staff there mobile outfitter was good and I checked dropped test on my phone after fusion coating its perfect even I checked with drop tests from different height, results 10/10 with no scratches on coating even.”
