“Although delivery and processing is always quite slow, I allow for this by ordering in advance so I never run out. It was very frustrating when my most recent purchase was stopped by customs once again and I when I contacted customer support to get a re-shipment I was told 3 times to wait a few more days to see if it would be delivered.”

“I ordered from them last time and they arrived in 2 1/2 weeks so I ordered again on October 13,2024 and nothing!! It either “ can’t be found “ or USPS says “ label created not yet in the system “ ! I have contacted customer service 3 times as I’m so close to being out of my meds and I just receive the same generic message. I made a really large order too. I’m praying that this comes through but I’m nervous.”
