“I am in Australia and have just had my first buy with this site. I was getting worried that my order had not arrived I sent an email regarding this to Modafinil XL and the customer service was excellent with a quick reply reassuring me that delivery to Australia takes a little longer and usually four weeks. My goods have now arrived and the product is exceptional. Well done ModafinilXL, I will be certainly getting my goodies from here from now on!”

“I just received my large order that was originally placed on Oct 13,2024 and needed to be resent. Product is quality. My best advice to future customers is to order a month before you actually need it. And, apparently if yours is a large order you will need to be home to sign for the package. Overall I wish I didn’t have to wait this long but they did come through and now my “ mod break” enables me to only take one a day. Sweet”

“DON'T ORDER! I was a loyal customer, but now I am left without my order and without my money they told they have refunded. Check reddit, there are plenty of customers scammed by ModafinilXL. I have received an order confirmation on 7th of October, was asking for the tracking number for a couple of weeks, was told to wait 72h, 1-2 days, 48h hours, 36h etc. They told me the've had an issue in their warehouse which "is resolved now". After 5(!!!!!) refund requests - they have responded here and stated the refund was issued and it might take up to 30 days to receive it on my bank account. I won't even mention the fact that in the year 2024 bank transactions don't take 30 days, but guess what... no refund was received. They have basically stolen my money. If you pay attention to reviews here, you will see, that after every 1* review at least 2-3 5* reviews get posted. It is done so their review scores don't go lower. ModafinilXL are not worth the trust anymore. They will take your money immediately, but neither fulfill the order, nor refund your money. AVOID at all costs!”

“If I could rate 0 star I would,ordered on 12th Oct,not received,eventually said they would resend a replacement about 2 weeks ago,surprise surprise the tracking number doesn’t show anywhere, …..please don’t part with your money to this company.”

“So happy this exists. I was nervous it was a scam but definitely isn’t. I have placed multiple orders and have been satisfied with all of them. Shipping takes a while, understandably so, I usually have to wait 3-4 weeks. I have also ordered from their partner sites which have also proved to be legit”

“After leaving my previous review, the company swiftly responded, apologizing for the issue and claiming my order had been reshipped free of charge. They also promised to provide a new tracking number. However, it’s been a week since that response, and I have yet to receive any tracking information. I appreciate the quick acknowledgment of my concerns, but without a tracking number to confirm the reshipment, I’m left questioning whether anything has actually been done. At this point, I feel like I’m just being strung along. Words without action don’t resolve the problem, and the lack of follow-through only adds to my frustration. I hope they can deliver on their promise soon.”

“I placed my order over a week ago and still haven't received a tracking number, and I have sent 4 emails with no response. I placed a huge order and I am praying this website isn't a scam. I always use modafinilxl.com which is who I thought I was using, I had no idea there was a modafinilxl.ru and there websites are almost identical, that's what's scaring me.”
