“Ordered in October and still haven't got anything, asked a refund and no answer. 10 shipments, some are stuck, some delivered to the wrong persons (it seems when they say they have reshipped the product they just send you someone's else tracking number and you waste a lot of time tracking it and it is then delivered to some other random person), some still being shipped but I lost hope. Still keep getting "Your order has been re-shipped and will be delivered to you shortly. Your tracking numbers are....." emails from them”

“Great great great! It took exactly two weeks here in the Midwest US, with the expedited shipping. That’s okay because I’m the end they came. I didn’t realize it would need to be signed for, and they day they arrived I had a slip from my post carrier that the delivery was attempted but failed. It’s okay because I took a walk (with my id in hand) and found my mailman and he handed the package over to me later that same day :) Everything was in there and more! I love this site for helping me in between my prescriptions. Couldn’t be happier. Oh, and it’s an unmarked package too for anyone who is concerned with that. Thank you!! ♥️”

“Honestly, I'm a normal person, leaving an honest review, because it is worthy of my time and when investing in a product hoping for the best, it is such a relief to receive what you pay for. ModafinilXL has delivered to me across the world on many occasions and in a timely manner. It usually takes around 3-5 weeks to arrive in Australia, so I always restock keeping that turnaround in mind. “Product was decent as far as potency, per usual. Abnormally long delay in package processing and shipping (although I place blame primarily on USPS). MODAXL Customer service is always quick to respond to any questions though You can expect a wait time of 2 weeks to over a month to get your package, specifically for international shipments. I would opt for free shipping at checkout, i have not seen much of a difference in wait time. Prolonged delivery aside, I am generally satisfied with this trusted vendor”

“After being a customer for years, I’ll never buy from these guys again. As many other reviewers have experienced, my order from September was lost in transit and as they falsely claim they re-ship any orders that don’t arrive, I too was sent a non existent tracking number of a replacement order. BUYER BEWARE!!!”

“If I could give no stars I would! Starting to feel like this place is just a scam! Placed an order on the 4th of September and my order was lost in transit, had it reshipped on the 27th of September and that too was lost. Finally requested a full fund on the 27th of October and still am yet to receive my money. Sent countless follow up emails and all have been ignored! I just want my money back! Customer service is a joke!”

“I would highly suggest you AVOID this company. I placed a large order on 11 September. It is now 29 November. I've been waiting 3.5 months for my order. The first one got stuck in transit, and they promised to re-ship my order and send me the tracking number in 72 hours. It's been 2 weeks since then. Still nothing. I've been sending over 20 emails in almost 4 months. I've requested a refund on multiple occasions and still nothing. Trying to get their response is like getting blood out of a rock. I think I've been scammed. It's unfortunate because this company was recommended to me by a friend. Extremely disappointed in their service. Would NOT recommend at all.”
