“I ordered February 22nd and my order got stuck in customs which I received a letter stating it was taken. The company was very responsive up until they now need to reship me a new a product and they have gone silent. They even requested a screenshot of the letter which I posted and was told I would get a new tracking number which over a week and I have not received anything. I will update my rating if something changes but at this point, I do not believe the guarantee of a resship or refund as their website states and would not recommend this company.”

“Stay away! Ordered 30 days ago. Company waited a full 7 days to hand my order to shipper. Stuck in customs 16 days. Messaged customer service many times, and they stopped responding and marked my case as closed. I needed my order before leaving the country. I used to trust this company. No longer.”

“Once again, Modafinilxl has come through! This is my 2nd order, and although it took 3ish weeks to arrive (1st order took less than 2 weeks), I'm nonetheless overall pleased. Sometimes delays happen; there are a lot of moving parts involved with shipping around the world, not least of which is customs clearance. But this is not the fault of Modafinilxl. They try their best, just as we all do. Therefore, I can't in good faith take a star off for the minor delay. In fact, when I used the coupon for the free 30 Modafil MD's (sublinguals), I asked if 20 of them could be replaced with 2 different brands instead, & Daniel obliged. When I opened up my order, I halfway expected to just see the 30 Moda MD's, but to my surprise, it was arranged exactly as I requested :D Now that's service! As for the products themselves, they are A+, 10/10, amazingly effective. In other words... they are on point! I love each brand (Modaxl & Armodaxl, Modvigil & Artvigil/Strong Artvigil 250, & especially Modafil MD [sublingual] ). Each have their own subtle differences, which allows for more flexible dosing options. Also just like the 1st time, the ordering process was super simple, secure, & fast. Easier this 2nd time around, actually. Then there's the amazing customer service, plus the awesome discounts & coupons! Discreet & sturdy packaging kept all caps fully intact the entire way through; the caps themselves encased in a blister pack as you can see in the picture (10 in each pack). From the other side of the world, all the way to the South-East US, & finally to my location, not a single cap broken or even chipped. Not so much as a rip on the packaging itself. Impressive! All that being said, my hope is that I & many others can dispel the baseless idea that this company is not legit or is scamming ppl. This claim is ridiculous & so far from the reality of it all, which is that Modafinilxl is truly the best in the biz! And so as long as they continue to keep their well oiled machine running with their above & beyond service & amazing products, I will continue to be a loyal customer from here on out. I have no desire to shop elsewhere, this is the place to be! To the Modafinilxl Team, you've made a most positive impact on my life & the lives of others; from customer service to the packing department and everyone in between, you have my sincere gratitude.
