“Everything is pretty legit besides the shipping and hate the prices but I understand that is out of their hands on the shipping but I got my artvigil 250s and they throw in Xtras so that's cool.”

“Shipping took forever but everything was there. Was glad to get a sampling of so many different products, everything was packaged securely and I figured out the armodafinil is my jam 👍🏽 I was a little confused by the ordering process since I didn't use crypto, but like they said I just waited and eventually got the correct tracking info and everything went smoothly.”

“I’ve used this vendor for years & recommend to everyone. The prices are the best I’ve found & the only time I’ve ever had any delays in delivery their customer service was absolutely above and beyond not only in a prompt reply but going out of the way to find where my package was & made things right by sending me coupons for free product even though the delay was of no fault of theirs. At times it can take a bit to receive shipment(17-21 days in my experience) but it’s still worth the wait for the peace of mind knowing any possible issues will be resolved promptly. I can’t say enough. If you’ve been hesitant to try, make the jump. From an exhausted caregiver trying to help others😊”

“Order #357480M, once again paid for overnight US to US shipping and 4 days later still don't have a tracking number. I am sure when it does ship it won't be over night again like the last 3 times they "couldn't" ship it overnight. Don't accept payment for overnight shipping if you can't provide it. Been using the company for years but it is getting hard to justify to continue using them.”

“Horrible. Despite sometimes getting it quick, I have had 3 instances, even when I do US to US domestic, where I didn't get my tracking for 1.5 weeks, had no customer service besides a bot, despite repeated questions on my order. finally when they sent the package I said this is the last time I am using you guys. and going back to buymoda, which was always the best.”

“Extremely disappointed with my order of Waklert and Extra Strength ArmodaXL as it had no effect whatsoever. It seemed like I had received a bad batch of pills and wasted a significant amount of money. Contacted customer support and 'Daniel Santos' was responsive initially with my concerns. After repeated requests to either have my order re-shipped or a full refund processed there was an offer to reship half the amount of pills ordered, which is absolutely ridiculous. It has been incredibly frustrating as there hasn't been a response after the decline of their offer, which has been over 5 days. They don't honor their refund and reshipment policy as stated on their website. Additionally their standard response of 'Most of our deliveries go smoothly, but if there’s a problem with a product, our refund policy assures that buyers are satisfied with the product they ordered, or always get their money back.' is of no value.”

“Was very skeptical at first when purchasing and to my worst fear, I didn't receive a confirmation email of receipt of payment. Immediately emailed the customer service and replies were prompt and after sending proof of payment, I was reassured that order has been processed however delivery may take some time as I was ordering from the UK. Received my order after 25days but nevertheless satisfied. Trusted seller!”
