“I ordered 120 pills of modafinilXL and paid an extra $100 for the 1-2 day shipping (US to US). The next day, I get an email saying that 1-2 day shipping won't happen (and it'll be 3-4 minimum, possibly longer) and that my $100 cannot be refunded. As someone who needs the modafinilXL within 1-2 days, this is very disappointing as I chose this company thinking they could deliver on their promises. But it seems as other reviews have said that it does not come on time. And even worse, I am now worried that the pills may be placebo or have no effect (will now have to wait the 3-7 days to test this). I am very unhappy with this service. And judging by other comments in this thread, people are saying it is common that the 1-2 day shipping is a scam and they instead take 2-3 weeks or some crazy amount of time. People need to be aware of this scam - do not buy from here until they resolve this!!!”

“Product is always good. Hardly ever any duds. This time they gave me even more free samples than usual. Price is good. Shipping typically isn't bad. Once it actually ships, it arrives fairly quickly”

“I am currently studying for my MCAT and paid $120 in shipping for $250 worth of drugs. I wake up and hear all of a sudden they cannot fulfill overnight orders for US domestic, "order not being available for immediate dispatch via the overnight USPS Priority Mail Express service." When I received this email they just gave me 30 more pills which is worth less then the shipping I originally paid for (wtf). If you are unable to fulfill the shipping I paid for I would want a refund.”

“Terrible service. It takes ages for them to ship the product. the customer service is just a disaster. All their answers are vague and mostly copy-pasted from their website. After 3 weeks I still have not received my product. the USPS status does not update and says international transit for over a week now. I guess they sent by the cheapest possible mail instead of express 7 days delivery as promised. egregious. I doubt they have even sent anything.”

Dear Ardeshir, You're correct, your package is very poorly tracked, however, the shipping method used in your case has proven itself very well in terms of customs clearance and we can guarantee that packages sent via this shipping method pass the customs easily in 99.7% of cases and will NOT be seized by customs. Our shipping process is focused more on the ease of your packages traveling through the postal systems than overall speed. Also, when choosing between traceability and delivery guarantee, we choose the second option so that our customers from the US, Australia, and other countries can be sure that they will finally receive their package because a package seized by customs is the most frustrating thing, even though we offer free re-shipping in this unfortunate event. I understand that you wish to receive your order as soon as possible and that you also expect to be able to track it all the way, but trust me, we’re doing our best to assure your package will pass customs easily. Most of our packages can’t be tracked until reaching the destination country because the tracking information usually updates at the first port of your country. “Was hoping not to have to do this again to get my order processed correctly and shipped but here we are again. My order #361987M has been paid for days but still says pending payment instead of being shipped. I pay over 100 extra.every order for overnight delivery that typically takes 7-10 days to arrive on a US domestic order. Starting about 3 months ago modafinilxl decided to refuse to ship using the method you pay for and instead use the cheapest method possible for them. Maybe you should stop offering overnight delivery if you don't want to to pay to ship if that way because you have no problem charging me for it.”

“Product is legit and works well. Shipping can take 2 weeks to a month to the USA but that is to be expected due to international shipping challenges. That said, they always seem to throw some extra pills in. I feel like I always get more than I ordered, so its more than worth it! Recommended.”
