“Ryan snd Richard delivered our furniture yesterday and although we won’t unbox until the warmer weather arrives I just wanted to say how accommodating and courteous the delivery guys were. Many thanks for all of your help.”

“Firstly, I am pleased with the furniture, very smart and seems well made and solid. However...1 piece was damaged during the paid for delivery/unpacking/assembly process and to have it replaced took a lot of phone calls, the customer service extension was never answered so always had to opt for the 'sales' line who were informative and I believe passed messages on but then things seem to stop. I appreciate problems caused by Covid-19 but I think a 5 and a half month wait is excessive. Storage box was replaced this morning (delivery process very good, kept well informed and today's delivery drivers, Louis and James were very helpful) and as stated I am pleased with the furniture. Just a shame about lack of communication regarding replacement.”

“The service and the products are truly excellent and it's something I really appreciate, but I think if you've just ordered an expensive outdoor furniture set, it should be made very explicit to the customer that it doesn't come with a complimentary cover or base for the parasol. Minor gripes about an excellent company though.”
