“So far so good. The order process was simple and the items were delivered on time. The delivery team unloaded the items and placed them where we asked. The furniture looks good, so let’s see how it lasts - I hope a long time given the price.”

“Received our second set of Moda furniture today following an earlier purchase last year. We were obviously impressed enough to order again, the furniture is high quality and backed up by superb service. John and Gary delivered and set up our furniture, they were professional, polite and efficient. We’d also had to delay delivery due to preparatory work overrunning and it wasn’t an issue. In summary, top quality products and customer service to match. Thank you”

“Had a delivery this morning (22.01.21) of part of a large order. Rob & Mike arrived on time, were thoroughly pleasant and professional, and I'm extremely pleased with the product and the service. Cannot recommend them enough!”

“We ordered some outdoor furniture and everyone that helped us over the phone was very helpful, friendly and professional. “We travelled over 100 miles to visit the Moda showroom last October 2020, were impressed with the quality and placed an order, paying a considerable amount in full. Most of the order arrived in November, but the key piece ( being the table) was missing. Assured we would get it in December. We are still without a table, we never receive any updates or courtesy calls and have now been told it will be end of March before delivery. Extremely unimpressed with after sales service.”
