“Fantastic company from start to finish, product delivered with in 3 days, Andy & Ryan the delivery/assembly men were so polite and most efficient a real asset to the company. This has been a refreshing experience and I would would be happy to recommend this company to anyone.”

“Matt and Paul delivered and set up our furniture. They did a fantastic job! We had a message advising arrival time, just ahead of the delivery window, they then getting our furniture set up just right, taking to explain features to us. Thank you so much - we are delighted!”

“Absolutely love our Birkin sofa set...very stylish, excellent quality and super comfy. The estimated delivery was 3-6 weeks but it arrived after only 2.5 weeks! Any queries were dealt with by Moda quickly over both phone and online chat. The delivery team (Andy and Ryan) were very friendly, helpful and efficient...my husband said after that they were the best delivery people we've ever had!”

“First class service overall. The sales team were helpful and patient, the fulfilment team were excellent in rescheduling delivery at my request, and the delivery lads, John & Garry, were bang on schedule and good humoured in assembling the furniture. All in all a very impressive team. Highly recommended.”

“Moda make brilliant outdoor furniture we bought our original set 4 year's ago, its still like new and left out all year round, we have just purchased a different style table (rise and fall) to match the set after seeing our friends purchase from moda on our recommendation, they are very helpful and friendly nothings a bother I would recommend them and do every time you get what you pay for 👍👍👍”

“First time we have used Moda. The furniture arrived very quickly and the delivery was very smooth. The quality of this furniture is exceptional and I love it. Had a slight issue with one part of the furniture and it was exchanged without any problem in days. Customer service and delivery staff were fantastic. Would use again.”

“So far the service we’ve received from Moda has been great - I ordered by telephone and the two ladies I spoke to couldn’t have been more helpful - now I’m hoping that customer service carries on with the furniture arriving in the time stated and erected by the deliver drivers with no problems”

“Our furniture was delivered and installed on Friday by Jason and Mark K. They called when they were on their way and we’re both very pleasant men. They showed us how to use the gas fire pit and how to clip / un clip the furniture. The furniture seems well made and looks great. We ordered the corner sofa, fire pit and 4 stool set.”
