“Booked platinum delivery and so glad we did. Rob and George came on a sunny Friday, set all of the furniture up exactly where we wanted it and showed us how some of it worked. Took away all the packaging so all that’s left is for us to enjoy the sunshine on our lovely sofa set.”

“Hi, Mike and Chris delivered our Salone furniture set today. They were absolutely fantastic and very friendly and helpful! We enjoyed having them part of our Moda experience! We hope to use Moda and Mike and Chris again. Excellent delivery service!”

“What a great team of delivery drivers, everything was fantastic. Louis and Anthony were quick, friendly and very reliable. They knew a great deal about the furniture. The Furniture is superb quality and I love it. Let’s hope for sunshine now .”

“Order efficiency: understand the costs but given volume of orders likely to not complete checks or progress them customer service procedures could do with a different exception path. Install: the team who delivered my items were efficient but unprepared, great follow up and the team to complete the install were on site and brilliant in the same week. Would encourage Moda to follow up and learn as the install team on 2nd time round were brilliant and clearly much more customer focused. I'm still missing a part but only cause the team today highlighted it. Having paid for the install would be good to see some consistency. 2nd team should be acknowledged as brilliant customer service (Jason T and Liam M - thank you!!)”

“Really good service from Gary, Matt and Dave. Helped us out when we’d been let down after ordering an outdoor sofa elsewhere - very friendly and helpful service and they even delivered the next day!”
