“The website was easy to use and they had a great choice of outdoor furniture. The communication regarding delivery was very good. It arrived today and was delivered by Andy and Chris who set it all up very quickly and clearly explained how to use the furniture as well as useful hints and tips on taking care of the furniture.”

“Delivery service was excellent. Pete and Paul kept us informed of their arrival time, arrived exactly on time and very efficiently and cheerfully unloaded the various boxes and carefully moved it to our upper patio without any complaint. They checked and gave us a briefing on how to safely remove the packaging and assemble the various sections and throughout were great brand ambassadors for Moda.”

“Brilliant service from Moda. Needed to have some items replaced under warranty and absolutely no arguments or excuses made. So unusual these days! The delivery guys Louis and Anthony were excellent everything unpacked, packing removed and the items that were exchanged loaded and taken away. No hesitation in recommending Moda or there staff. Thank you.”

“Excellent, Excellent, Excellent. The best furniture store in the UK. My delivery guy was amazing. Customer service is amazing, they even answer calls on a Sunday. Love it. I shall definitely be buying again.”

“Aaron and Theo were great in sorting the delivery of my replacement lounger. They carried everything into the garden for me, checked I was happy that everything matched ok and even checked whether my other faulty lounger could be replaced (it was a ‘no’ from customer services). Really prompt and professional service. Thank you!”

“Alex & Faisal did a superb job setting up all the garden furniture and storage box, putting it all together and took away all the packaging Even showed me how to change the table from coffee table to dining table, Well done guys!!”
