“High standard furniture everything you could ever imagine and more, moda show room was great stress free, easy to look with no pressure to buy and all the staff from the sales to the staff in the shop and everyone who I spoke to made our experience while spending allot of money well worth it, they were so helpful couldnt do enough to help and the great in helping us get our outdoor living space ready for when our garden is done. Thank you so much”

“We would highly recommend Moda. Simple order process and kept well informed along the way. We ordered during the first lockdown and any queries made with customer service were dealt with promptly. Delivery drivers were very professional and built our furniture with care. Overall we were very pleased at the time and wouldn’t hesitate to purchase from Moda again in the future”

“Great furniture, May cost a little more than other brands but then the quality is far superior. Super comfortable seats too, thickly stuff so you actually feel your on a cushion. Would highly recommend.”

“Gorgeous furniture has really transformed my garden patio area....now enjoying wonderful times with the family and has fast become the most used furniture in the house! The fire pit really finishes the set off wonderfully... Customer service very helpful & kept us well informed, delivery men were pleasant & courteous, and from what I understand was one of many deliveries that day.... Well done Moda for making it a pleasurable experience and providing a high level of service even in these difficult times... one extremely happy family would highly recommend!”

“Although the quality of Moda's furniture is excellent, I have had a few issues with the dining table which has led to a need to have first the firepit covers and then the whole table replaced. All issues were dealt with speedily and without any queries. Even in the current climate, the new table was delivered within two weeks of me raising the issue. It was delivered this evening by two charming delivery men (Paul and Tyler) who had to work until 9pm in order to complete their orders (due to a vehicle breakdown) and now have to drive back to Manchester from London. The service I have received both from customer services and from the delivery company has been excellent throughout.”

“I am surprised by the negative reviews too, it's been an absolute pleasure buying from Moda. I also dealt with Maria and she could not have been nicer or more helpful, she was brilliant, the best customer services representative I have ever dealt with. The furniture is very comfortable and looks great too. The delivery guys were extremely courteous and efficient. Well done Maria and Moda.”

“Reading the reviews here, I’m surprised by the negative ones. From the very beginning I’ve found Moda Furnishings to be an absolute delight to work with. I first contacted customer services late on a Sunday evening after realising I’d made a mistake with my online order. Maria proved to be one of the nicest people I’ve had the pleasure to deal with. She couldn’t have been more helpful. A few days later I was called by another department to arrange delivery. Our new garden furniture was delivered exactly as promised, by a couple of very pleasant guys. Unfortunately, when I assembled the furniture I found a fault with the table. I contacted customer services again and was soon told (by Maria again) that a replacement would be sent. Just a few days later it arrived and was fitted by the friendly and helpful delivery men. We now have a lovely garden furniture set. I thoroughly recommend Moda.”

“Extremely happy with the work of Kevin and Paul. This was a large delivery in terrible weather. They worked unstintingly and were outstandingly pleasant, kind and courteous throughout-even though they were working in difficult conditions in my rather challenging drive-way. Totally professional. Thank you.”
