“Some of the rattan had split on My 2year old table.I sent an email and photos and Moda arranged to collect and fix as still under warranty. Louis and Anthony called way ahead of the time slot given to see if they could drop the repaired table off. Very polite and courteous guys, a standard I’ve become accustomed to receiving when dealing with Moda. Great service!”

“Excellent customer service from start to finish , hats off to the team at Moda , particularly Colin , Matt & Dave . I can't speak highly enough of them for their attention to detail, politeness & bending over backwards to help fit in with the customers requests . Chuffed to bits with our purchase that we have dreamed about for many years . Roll on the good weather & relaxed fun times with fambo & friends. “Substitute table delivered today as promised, shame it was missing the parasol.. Delivery guy Jason T was back again in the rain, worked hard to get the table assembled all by him self, soaking wet and still smiling !! Thankyou again !! I am very pleased with your services”

“Received my new Salone furniture 27th April 21 the furniture is absolutely fab but one major problem.. they had sent the wrong legs for the dinning table, customer service team were great, they were in touch the next day and agreed to send out a substitute as my original table wasn’t in stock at present. Delivery guys Jason T and Mark K did an amazing job in the pouring rain getting the furniture set up, very helpful, friendly and professional. Thank you !!!”

“Had a problem with one of our purchases and moda where very good in giving us a replacement which arrived today. Paul and Pete who delivered it where absolutely brilliant. They built it for us, we’re very polite and friendly. nothing was too much trouble for them. Highly recommend.”
