“Having paid extra for the installation service we were very impressed with this element. Delivery and installation team very helpful and quick. Leon and Nyle very professional and helpful from beginning to end. Is a shame the same cannot be said for the overall customer service which unfortunately has been lacking in communication with massive delays from the original order and we have had to chase the status a number of times. Have left 5 stars for the installation team otherwise would be 2 or 3”

“5 stars for Leon & Nyle who delivered our furniture. Txt first thing in the morning to advise of their arrival time. Polite,efficient.Made sure all accompanying parts/cushions were present. Great service. Thank you”

“Visited the showroom in Cheltenham and the salesman was really helpful. The furniture we ordered arrived quickly and is of great quality. There were two very small problems which were rectified quickly and easily. We recently added a storage box for our cushions which arrived on the time and day specified and the two delivery drivers, Rob & John, were so helpful carrying it down steps in the garden to exactly where we needed it to be and saving me from doing so with a recently broken foot! I highly recommend this company, their products and staff.”

“I bought the Arc sofa for my garden. Beautiful sofa really well made and looked Amazing on my circular patio. Had a problem with a bit of the rattan coming away and contacted customer services who resolved the problem without any fuss. Would highly recommend this company for garden furniture.”

“we have received excellent service from Moda following our purchase of sofa and coffee table. We were kept informed of progress of our order throughout and delivery and assembly done on date confirmed. Unfortunately our coffee table has developed a fault, we reported this and within minutes of supplying photos of fault a decision to replace was confirmed to us. Absolutely excellent service from the team at Moda and the quality of product matches the service.”
