“We placed our order online for the Ledbury furniture set with the concrete dining firepit table. We paid for the platinum delivery service and were so impressed by the 2 gentlemen who made the delivery. Jason T and Mark K were fantastic and made the process so simple and easy. They were friendly and so helpful. They communicated when they were near by with the furniture. They unpacked, placed and secured everything where we wanted it. They put the firepit table together and demonstrated how to operate the firepit part of it. They also gave us advice on other accessories we were looking to order with Moda Furnishings. As they left, they took all the packaging with them. Due to their helpfulness and knowledge of Jason T and Mark K, we have now ordered a few more items online with Moda Furnishings. The Ledbury 2ac set looks fantastic and we are so pleased with the light grey colour and contrasting dark grey cushions. A very efficient company.”

“2-5 weeks is a big gap, it would be really good to know a more precise time, if the longest wait is 5 weeks put it as 5 weeks, if it's 2 put it as 2 but that range almost put me off buying it as I have no idea when it's likely to be delivered.”

“We are so happy with our new Moda Furniture. We have had two deliveries, and all the delivery teams have been really helpful and friendly. Both orders had slight problems but both were dealt with on a return visit within a week. I can’t fault the customer service and would gladly recommend Moda in future.”

“Jason T and Mark K were great on delivery and they were quick to point out the damage to each piece and took the necessary pictures needed for follow up - Amelia at customer services quickly submitted a full replacement order and we are free to use the existing one until it arrives - great service!”

“Just taken delivery of our second set of Toscana moda furniture - we so loved the set we bought in March 2021, we ordered another! Great delivery guys today Liam and Collin arrived as scheduled, we were messaged with a time slot and then called within 30 mins of their expected arrival time. Professional and friendly staff, cannot fault any service from Moda... and the products are comfortable and excellent quality. Highly recommend and we have several friends who have Moda products and recommended the company to us.”
