“Delivery was well communicated and delivery men phoned in advance to give their ETA. They were really friendly and helpful. Prior to that the sales staff were also very knowledgeable and helpful. In all it’s been really excellent service. Furniture was good quality and lovely (as expected because my friends and family have bought from Moda previously).”

“I really did have terrible service from Moda, delayed furniture, damaged furniture and no customer ownership. However Robyn Heathcote was fantastic and she really restored the faith in Moda’s desire to be a reputable company. She researched my complaint before we spoke and told me what had happened, she had bag loads of empathy, she resolved all my issues and owned the situation from start to finish. I would suggest you get her to train your entire business on how it’s done. Thanks Robyn, great work.”

“Excellent furniture with superb customer service when ordering. Outdoor furniture came earlier than expected and was delivered almost to the minute of their ETA Delivery drivers were courteous and efficient. Cannot fault.”

“Wish I could give them 0 stars. Still waiting on replacements for substandard products which were originally reported in April 2020. Replacements have been promised but have been constantly delayed with no communication and me having to chase. It is now Feb 2021 and the earliest date I have been given is April 2021 - 1 year later. Not the premium quality or service for the price they charge. Avoid at all costs.”

Due to issues with Brexit and the global pandemic, some deliveries from our manufacturers were delayed, however, this has only affected a small number of historic orders.
